Best Bucket List stay!! We made these plans to fulfill a wish my mother who has terminal cancer had... she always wanted to stay at this inn right over the plaza so we made a reservation and we were not disappointed in this awesome inn or the people who work there. From Jessica who called to confirm (and upgrade our room plus added a parking pass for my visiting sister) to Ashley and Taylor who were helpful in every way we needed them to be. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating, offering tips to make our stay even better. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The bed and the sofa bed were dreams to sleep on. My mom LOVED the private space she had so she 'wouldn't wake anyone else up every time she got up in the night'. She loved being able to step out on the balcony and see everything going on. We had a fantastic time! I cannot thank the Boardwalk Inn team enough for their thoughtful care and gracious personalities! They're truly rockstars!

Take a swim! Great time and check the events ongoing. It is perfect view from the balcony! I love how the vendor gives you towels every time you jump in the pool. Plenty of activities to do around the area and children will love the adventures awaiting. Plenty of restaurants.

Stellar customer service The front desk supervisor, Ashley was terrific…she went above and beyond for my husband and I…the travel agency charged us for 2 rooms…she handled it for us, by requesting the refund for us…it made the trip stress free…we greatly appreciated her efforts!

Nice place, poor experience. Beware of the hotel's posting! Good morning. My husband and I just completed our stay at the Boardwalk Inn in Kemah. I'm making the Inn aware that there are inconsistencies and serious omissions in the hotel's advertising. The Inn offers daily housekeeping and laundry services and amenities - which it has neither, which is unacceptable to those of us who book hotels with those available. One omission is that the tv's are not Smart TV's - only by reading old reviews can that be found. My handicapped husband and I stayed in room 403. The room seemed clean, but the bathroom had mold, mildew, and a serious lack of towels for a 3-day stay with no housekeeping services, which was never disclosed. Lastly, the elevator from the 2nd floor to the ground floor was out of service during our entire stay. This made it extremely difficult for my husband and me to navigate the area. I voiced my issues to Mark at Expedia, who contacted the property. I was denied any reimbursement or compensation for these things we experienced.

Boardwalk Festive Very charming Inn. The nautical/beach decor is so interesting, pretty and provided a homey feel. The staff greeted us with a lovely welcome. The rooms are updated and charming as well. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean. The location on Kemah Boardwalk is so festive and fun. The boardwalk train with a loud whistle passes by the rooms. You will hear it periodically day and evening. The music on the boardwalk speakers permeated the windows and doors pretty loudly, too. . On the first night it quieted at around 10 pm, then the speakers blared to life at midnight waking me from a sound sleep. I thought a live band was playing at one of the restaurants, looked outside and all the restaurants were quiet and closed. After 10 minutes I called the front desk. They called security and turned the music off. All was well. Fun place to stay for a few nights before a wedding in Houston Saturday.
