Thanks Nicole for your awesome customer service! We’ve stayed here twice for early flights and have had a good experience both times. But I had to write this review to give Nicole at the front desk a shoutout. She was amazing! Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Having a bar and restaurant on site is nice!

Its beside the airport, get ready for the noise The hotel is a $30 to $40 uber ride to Bourbon Street for those who want it. Because of traffic I don't recommend walking anywhere but the the side of the street immediately in front of the hotel. I saw no pedestrian cross walks. I would compare it to running across an 8 lane interstate highway. Nice bar and bar tenders in the hotel. With the tax my standard 2 queen room was about $170 a night. The thermostat in my room stayed at 76 degrees and would not come down from that number., much to warm for me. I was at the front desk twice during my 3 day stay asking them to check what was wrong. Twice they said they would send someone. The thermostat was the same on the morning I departed.

Charge your CC for no reason and refuse to refund. If you can avoid it, do it. The only reason I would go is because my company makes the reservations. The cleaning needs a lot more attention, and location couldn`t be worst if you are interested in knowing the city, too far away from town. I am giving 0 stars for service because on my last sytay they made a charge to my credit card for absolutely no reason and they refuse to refund it. I would recommend NOT to give your credit card as a security deposit because they will use it, that in case you have no choice for another hotel. My bank was not able to cancel the charge so basically they stole from me.

Hair in the bathroom, stain on the blanket There was quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor when I first arrived to the room. The blanket also had a stain, and the tub was gross. I was afraid to touch anything in the room because it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and looked old. (But the beds had been made, so it's not like they forgot to reset the room—it just wasn't clean.) I didn't ask the front desk to come fix it because it was late, I was exhausted/had to get up early for my flight, and there was probably only so much they could do given how dirty the room was. I didn't want to delay getting sleep before my flight, so I just slept on the sheets (not the blanket).

Never again. There are plenty nicer places nearby to use for proximity to airport. Will not stay here again. Reception was mechanical monotone and mechanical, closing with a curt, "Pool is closed" with no further explanation. Sorry I interrupted their conversation when I approached desk to check in. They did hand me a stale cookie from behind the desk as I turned to go to my room. Pretty bare room, bed was ok for a one night stay. However, Closet door is broken, slanted/leaning up against door frame. Nice welcome to room. Shower: no conditioner in wall mounted bottle. Didn't notice until my long hair was wet and was rushing to check out. Thanks a lot! RoomSafe in closet was emitting foul odor. First time I've experienced that! Didn't hang up my jacket in there, needless to say. A/C in room was extremely loud, waking me several times. But it kept room cool. Nothing but sugar sodas in the 'for sale' pantry next to the front desk and No vending machines despite signs in the upper room hallways. And, finally, the airport shuttle driver, despite me being his only pickup at the airport, watched me struggling with 3 bags and just waited until I lifted up my own roll-on carryon bag and put it in the back of the van myself. And, at the hotel, he waited for a tip. At least the hotel was overall clean enough. I travel often and - again - will not stay here again. Life is too short and empty promises from PR people responding on this web site won't convince me to stay here again. Save yourselves the hassle. I often leave glowing reviews for properties that do a good job. Not here.
