Dirty room don’t stay here We stayed here on our way home from Florida on June 16th. We had traveled late so we could get through Atlanta Ga that night. I’m disabled and was hurting bad when we checked in around 11:30pm. We got into the room and I had my shoes and pants off when my wife says the floor is filthy. At this point I’m not changing rooms and we go to bed. The next morning we find a big used bandaid in the handicap shower. I have my wife take a picture of the floor and we go to the front desk to talk to a manager before checking out . 2 ladies looked at the pictures but said the manager was on the phone. After about 10 minutes they said the manager would call me. So we checked out and continued on our way. I never got a call back from the manager. I called Choice customer service a few days later when I was back home and was told I needed to say something before we checked out. That’s what I tried to do. She offered me 4000 points for my troubles but by then she had me mad. I finally got 8000 points from her. All I wanted was to bring this to management’s attention so they could address the issue but no one seemed to care. This is not tipical for Cofmfort Inn we always stay with them and did so the following night. I would not recommend staying here!! I did not take a picture of the bandaid because I had no way to prove it was there before us. See pics

Worst front desk! DO NOT BOOK HERE. DON’T TRUST THEM. THEY ARE CROOKED! I booked the King suite with sofa bed for my family to stay. Myself, my husband, and my 3 young children, one of them being 2 years old. This is what we did last year, at the same location. I accidentally booked the room for one person. My fault. However, he would not give me the room and kept insisting that 3 was the max limit for the room. I called corporate and on speaker she said it was up to him and at his discretion. He would not. I was so upset, being that it was spring break. Fast forward a couple days and my brother booked a room and they told him as well that he could not keep his reservation because he was over the room limit. He begged and pleaded, better than me I guess because my brother said “what will it take?” And the guy said, “25 per kid.” Same manager. That’s shady! I’m sure he pocketed that money! The Hampton Inn down the street let us stay there and the customer service was out of this world!! I highly suggest them. Don’t book here unless you want to be told they cannot give you a room after all and have to refund you. If you book through a third party, it could take them days to refund you. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Save your time and book somewhere else. I wasn’t impressed last year anyways.

Don’t Stay Here I have stayed at this hotel for over 12 years. On my last visit, I went to use the hair dryer, and it blew a fuse. This caused all the outlets in the room to quit working. They fixed this. (December) I stayed there again this weekend. Again, I used the hair dryer. The fuse blew and this time flames shot out of the wall & burned my arm. I won’t be staying again.

Tribble services In the night we arrived at hotel, we found that the hair dryer in the room didn’t work and we asked the reception to give us an another dryer. He did not replace the broken dryer and he didn’t prepare another room for us. My wife and my kids had to stay a whole night with wet hair. And I didn’t use shower due to this problem. I requested some discounts on the room rate to him for this inconvenience and lack of a dryer which is provided even at the most basic motel. He told me to ask lady at front desk tomorrow morning. The following morning, I reported this to TINA at front desk. She confirmed that the dryer doesn’t work. But she didn’t do anything for us – not even an apology. And I sent several messages to Tonya Burch, General Manager, but never replied to me. It’s very disappointing behavior and we decided not to use this hotel chain in the future.

DO NOT STOP!! The place is absolutely disgusting. Unfinished paint on walls with dehumidifiers running on the first floor. Floors need swept and the air conditioner in our room did not work. The shower had “community” shampoo sitting on the tub side. We stopped on our way through because it was one of the only hotels with an indoor pool, the pool was freezing with no towels. We skipped breakfast due to the lack of cleanliness. We paid $155 for this dump!
