Nice place great night sleep The chair at the computer desk was a good chair, unlike the place I stayed the night before.

overall it was good but not for going with a group. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Included breakfast was good. The only problem was there was no space to have several friends in your room, no meeting space to play cards or gather with friends unless you rented the Breakfast Room at $60/hr. This was unreasonable and unnecessary as this was the only place more than 4 people could be together. Sitting at a table playing cards should not cost $60/hr.

Great service Comfy beds. Great pillows. Awesome location. Pool and hot tub was needed. Great customer service. Just didn't care for the homeless folks hanging around late at night. I was on high alert and it was creepy to know they hung around at night like that.

Rooms not very clean. This is an older facility and the carpets throughout the motel are gross. Pay a few dollars more and find a different play to stay in Kennewick.

Gross Urine on the base of toilet, sticky floor, and room smelled like cigarettes. Panhandler outside in the middle of the night trying to wash our car.
