One night stay This is the second time we've stayed at this location. I highly recommend it. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. Love those cinnamon rolls!! Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We will probably stay here again when we're in the area. How can you beat it?

One night stay This is the second time we've stayed at this location. I highly recommend it. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. Love those cinnamon rolls!! Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We will probably stay here again when we're in the area. How can you beat it?

Relaxing and comfortable We went to our grandson’s hockey game & decided to spend the night instead of driving 3 hours back home. The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable-even the pillows were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great-a lot of variety. We will be back.

Great experience Great staff Shelia, Kirsten and Abigail always treat us with a great welcome and do excellent service on keeping the rooms clean and fresh. Always have positive attitudes and right on top of anything you need.

Nice & clean hotel near Kent State Stayed here to move my daughter back to school at Kent State. This is my 2nd time staying here and I will most likely continue to stay here when I come to visit. It is conveniently located near the highway and about a 10 minute drive to the school & town. The front desk staff were friendly, the free buffet breakfast has a nice variety of food items and we’ll stocked, my room was very clean and spacious, they even have washer/dryers onsite if you need to do laundry while staying. They do have a small fitness center but I didn’t check it out.

Environmental consciousness in a comfortable, tasteful property. This was one of the nicest “road trip” hotels I have ever stayed in. The entire facility was clean, bright, tastefully decorated & very comfortable. Our King room was quite large, with comfortable & practical seating & work areas. The bathroom was very bright, with an excellent lighted mirror. I was most impressed to see wall-mounted pump bottles in the shower for bath gel, shampoo & conditioner. It is so important to take strong steps toward reducing our reliance on single-use plastics. I applaud this hotel for making strides in this area. The Breakfast Room was pleasant & comfortable, with a good choice of breakfast foods. All staff we encountered were friendly & helpful, especially Sheila S. We would definitely choose this property again & will consider the Holiday Inn Express brand for any future travels.
