Comfort Inn On the Ocean

Quick weekend getaway Staff was very nice through out our stay. Bathroom was a little small but I think that was because we had a corner room. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok, we didn't eat there the second morning. We had a nice view from our balcony. We would stay here again.

Great staff and excellent staff. In traveling over 600000 miles on a motorcycle around this great Country of ours it's always fun to find that diamond in the rough. I've been a Choice member for 17 years and was starting to question whether I should continue. Then we stayed at this location. Erin and the rest of the staff are fantastic. While a bit long in the tooth, the property is clean, well maintained, and our stay was first rate. Certainly a return vist will be in order.

Perfect place for a beach trip This is our first time here, and we would definitely return. The front desk staff, Sheena & Nicole, are super sweet & very friendly. The lobby is large & very clean. We picked this hotel, not only because it was oceanfront, but for the daily breakfast. The attendant in the breakfast area was also very sweet & made sure we had everything we needed. There are scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage patties, make your own waffles, cereals, bread & bagels for toasting, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice & coffee. If you leave hungry, it's your fault! The room was clean and a decent size. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are tiny bottles, but you just have to ask & they are happy to give you more, or you can bring your own. Same with the towels if you need more. Housekeeping is every 3 days, unless you want it more often. I don't mind making the bed, & we only stayed 3 nights, so that worked for us. And if you need anything, just ask the front desk attendant! We reserved this hotel last minute, so no ocean front rooms were available, so we got a 3rd floor pool & street view. The lobby level & first floor are separated by stairs, but there is an elevator on the lobby level to the first floor to bring you suitcases & stuff up. If you're on a higher level, you have to get off that first elevator & get onto the one on the first floor. It's a little different, but nothing terrible. Beach access is easy to get to. Our room was on the access side of the building, so we walked down the stairs. We would definitely stay here again. It's all you need for a beach visit.

Definitely be back One of the best hotel experiences we've had and we travel regularly for business and leisure. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing. The amenities were on par with a much more expensive hotel. The staff was not only attentive at check in and out, but would message daily to check on us to see if we needed anything to make the stay better. They would also greet us every time we went through the lobby to see if everything was to our satisfaction. The only complaint and it's minor, is the restaurant in the hotel. The food was ok for something quick, but not great. The breakfast however was above average for a hotel breakfast.

Great service, great beach access The friendliest, most helpful hotel staff ever. Everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping and maintenance staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They have an awesome fish tank that my three year old loved and the staff went out of their way to let him feed them. They helped out with my mom’s wheelchair and beach wheelchair to make sure she had access to everything. Really above and beyond with customer service. The rooms were clean and functional. During our stay, it was clear that they were updating rooms and furniture. The cleaning staff is also continuously sweeping and mopping the floor to manage the sand from the beach. We had a very nice stay and will go again!
