Clean Comfortable Rooms We traveled with Christian Tours and they selected the Ramada for our two night stay at the Outer Banks. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. On arrival we were given a small gift bag with water and a cookie. We also had a q free continental breakfast which was good. Only disappointed that we did not have ocean front and our room was a bit of a hike from the front desk. We are seniors and we don't like to walk too far. lol

It was good but the staff was pretty rude. The food wasn’t great but super expensive. The cleaning ladies were awesome! Just for the amount of money we paid we didn’t feel like some of the amenities were worth it but it was beach front so that’s plus

Clean, affordable hotel on a fantastic beach Yes, this hotel is "well used," but it is clean without any major defects except the bar/restaurant doesn't open until 3 and closes at 9-ish (they graciously made me a drink at about 9:30). Nice public seating on top of the dune and a fantastic beach. You can rent an umbrella and chairs, but check to area by the bar where people abandon their stuff, including boogie boards first.

Not the best The hotel is significantly aged. It has a very peculiar layout elevators are around the corner. The pool and the restaurant are at the same level with also access to the beach via a long boardwalk. The outdoor tiki bar very limited options deep-fried yuck is how I would describe it. Draft beer not a good selection and not cold. Typical buffet style breakfast which I did not have as I really like to enjoy my breakfast but I think it was $10.95 usual hotel options. The room had a loose toilet seat that had some wear and tear. The lampshade had a booger on it. The small fridge wasn't working and had to be replaced… to their credit the next morning they were there to tighten the toilet seat, but didn't replace it. Replaced the lampshade and the fridge so on we went. The bathroom is just tiny with granite countertop and no fan. The two queen beds have a wood headboard mounted to the wall beds, not very comfortable. air conditioner in the window, plastic chairs on the balcony with bird poop on them by the way. I don't know what else to say. The pool was a humid chlorine, crazy bath. It will be my last hotel stay at the beach.

Our vacation in the Outer Banks Over all our experience in the Outer Banks was great. However there were some issues with the Ramada by Wyndham. Two times we had roaches in our room and later outside the resturant kitchen area. We notified the maid about our room. The responce was a laugh. The bathroom was very small and a low flow water from the shower.
