Old, dirty, broken Faucet was not attached to countertop, sink stopper was broken, hotel was old and trash strewn about, breakfast was nonexistent and not what was promised, literally consisting of coffee, a bagel, or a pastry in cellophane – nothing else.

Nasty _ and unclean With covid-19 sanitary procedures in place there is no reason for this hotel to be is dirty as it was it was caked and covered in dirt. The items that we were being charged to use were broke and unable to be used. The kitchen was completely dirtied in greasy with grime. There was no way I could stay a whole night in this place I for sure thought I was going to catch some type of disease or virus. When I complain to management they did not care they just wanted to keep my money. They told me that they would talk to housekeeping and they are sorry that this happened but there's nothing they can do about it. Don't give these people your money before you see your room is what I suggest. Please go inspect your room from head to toe before you give them a dime they are money sucking vampires that will not return your cash because they see you as they come up not a client.

Nice receptionists and Clean Room The receptionists had face masks on. We arrived early and was provided a free upgrade of the room on the first floor. The room was clean. There was just shampoo and no hair conditioner. However, the breakfast is just coffee and Danish pastry.

Weekend trip Very over priced for an uncomfortable bed. Wish there was more options in the area but sadly there isn’t. The TV did not want to turn on the first day we arrived. Went to shower and the shower took about 10 for the water to warm up.

Nothing special, showing age, breakfast minimal. Easy to find just off the highway and on a main road in the city. Breakfast advertised but very limited. Very small pool. Property needs hard cleaning and paint to spruce up. Nothing in the room that every other chain doesn't offer. We asked for dinner suggestions and receptionist was dismissive.
