Great way to start the day Everything was lovely. I especially appreciated Shakeiva in the coffee shop downstairs. Started my day off every morning with a kind word, a smile and a hot cup of coffee. Always nice when you’re traveling away from home.

Great experience at this location! We just spent some time at a Doubletree property in Rochester for the holidays and stopped here for a few days to unwind as a family. The front desk staff here especially Heather & Alaizya are exceptional. So friendly, welcoming, and helpful to us. They answered all of our questions and were very compassionate to our needs for accessibility. I especially loved the attention at this property to food allergies. Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service!

Masquerading as a boutique hotel This is a very old Doubletree trying to promote a cheap refresh as a boutique hotel near the King of Prussia mall which it really isn’t by the way and well the lobby and restaurant bar are nicely reappointed, the rest of the Hotel is severely lacking and they did carpet and finishes and some Decor. It really is not to the level needed. There are major system needs for this hotel, and while I was here, only three of the four elevators were working, and all the rooms are truly outdated and have the old style air conditioner, which by the way turns on and off all night. I would not recommend staying here as a business traveler.
