A good hotel, great for the price - but make sure there's a hard lock on the door Ah, goodness. I'm torn on this review. The room was really nice and clean and an exceptional value for the price. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice, and the parking is free and easy. It's right next to the highway, so the road noise is loud, but that didn't bother me (it may bother you if you're a light sleeper). The door to outside actually opens if you want some fresh air on the little balcony. However, I noticed as I was preparing for bed that my room didn't have a deadbolt/hard lock. I pulled the luggage bench in front of it to sleep, and I was fine. The next morning, after I showered and was taking a work call at the desk in-room, the door swung open. There was no knock or warning, just opened right up. I yelled, HELLO, and a lady sort of giggled and said, SORRY, and slammed the door and ran. When I finished my work call, I told the folks at the front desk. The man working looked alarmed and said, well, there's no record that anyone is in room #xxx. I said, clearly I am, here is my room key, and he apologized, and I told him to make sure that got fixed for the next guest. This is my warning to you to check and make sure you have a hard lock on the door!

Do Not Stay Here Maids Steal Had the misfortune of staying here. Left my phone charger and my portable battery. Hotel staff refused to return them. Do not stay here. They will steal your things while u are not in your room. Management could care less. It's a shame when u can't trust the hotel staff to not rummage through your things.

Needs to be fixed Favorable factors - great location, decent prices, free and plentiful parking, decent breakfast. Reasons to avoid - bathroom bolts do not exist, although you can push the door shut and they won’t open unless you pull them open again. The drain in the bathtub was open and after my shower, muck from the drain swam up and filled the bathroom. A complaint about the drain to the front desk was promptly addressed, but the bolt remained missing.

you need to fix your house keeping ASAP I would like to express my gratitude for the room upgrade. However, I'd like to bring to your attention that the floor was very dirty and the bed headboard was covered with spider nests. I also noticed traces of the previous guest, such as empty water bottles, throughout the room. There was a spider nest on the walls, and someone had added water to the shower gel in the bathroom amenities. Additionally, I noticed a lot of dust between the wall and the balcony door, and the smoke detector was covered by the previous guest, which went unnoticed.

flora, fauna, and Philly A 1 bed room was modified to accommodate 4, by adding an extra queen bed. All this did was make the room smaller with no room to walk around. the refrigerator was in a cabinet, the cabinet door swung left and the refrigerator door swung right. there was just enough clearance to open these doors without hitting the end of the bed. to put things in the refrigerator, you literally had to stand in front of refrigerator, and have thing handed to you to put away. the bathroom was small as well. you had to close the door to get to the tub/shower. the sink and toilet were renovated, but you can see where the old toilet sat against the wall, and the new toilet was base was just about 1/4 - 1/2 inch shorter. The workers did not bother to fill the small gap in the tile. the bfast was ok, average, though I never saw a machine make pancakes before. it squirted out so much batter then ran between 2 heat pads to cook the pancake in 1 min. The pancake was average. On the plus side the refrigerator was roomy and fit a lot of things, including a small open freezer that worked well. The staff that greeted us were AWESOME. They were courteous, polite and were positive. You could tell they liked working there. They were friendly and very helpful in restaurants in the area. Pay these people whatever they want!!!! Overall I wouldn't recommend this place for any families. If you are needing a place to stay overnight for 1 or maybe a couple, this would work.
