Excellent accommodations, convenient location, wonderful staff Friendly and welcoming with an excellent staff. We had an unexpected stay here when our car broke down just outside of town. Denise, at the front desk, couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. She really took care of us and even got us in a room well ahead of their 3 pm check-in. Every single staff encounter was excellent. Comfortable and clean rooms!

Nicest place to stay in Kingman Probably the nicest hotel in Kingman. Convenient off 1-40 Had a good breakfast and nice clean rooms. Plentiful parking. Every staff member was friendly. There is even a small ballroom and conference center if you need it. Would stay again!

Over priced The room was adequate and OK. While the "free" breakfast OK, there wasn't much in terms of variety for the kids and it wasn't as good as we expectedf from this hotel chain. The most positive aspect of the stay was the succulants on the property were in bloom!

Glad this property will be updated soon Front staff was friendly at check-in. We had two rooms on 2nd floor. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. There was an unpleasant odor that I smelled in both rooms. I should have requested new rooms, but we were only there one night. We spared some Febreeze and that cleared up the odor. The rooms did show signs of wear - bathroom cabinet old and scratched. The refrigerators and the heating/cooling units were noisy. The next morning, one room had a plumbing problem that occurred in the morning. The hotel manager was gracious in providing a rate adjustment due to that inconvenience, once we requested it. The good news… the property is being upgraded currently.

A 5-star 3-Star Hotel- Great stop in Kingman OK, this is a Hampton Inn. That said, I was very happy with my stay. Clean quiet room with microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. nice pool, and great hottub with some of the strongest jets I’ve ever experienced in 1 corner. Got a ziplock of 2 cookies at checkin, which looked and tasted homemade. Breakfast was great, with the waffle maker and 2 different types of batter, very yummy mini-scones, eggs were good- preformed omelettes, sausage, included tabasco- very nice. One of the best things is it had the USA Today!!! Most Hilton’s (and Hyatts) stopped providing newspapers when the Chinese COVID-19 virus hit us, and I really appreciate the Kingman Hampton Inn providing this treasured hotel benefit.
