Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kingman, an IHG Hotel

Very disappointed with the dirty toom and apathetic staff I stayed at this hotel based on previous positive experiences. I was very disappointed and disgusted with this stay. My room was dirty, the microwave was nasty, as well as the table surfaces. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk employee, I was given cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. When I complained at check out, the employee stated "We will take care of it". No apology or attempt to make me feel like this was an isolated incident and that I could depend on a better experience in the future.

Great Overall Stay We were pleasantly surprised at this Holiday Inn. Service was good. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and breakfast was good and plentiful. We asked the front desk for dinner suggestions and they were very helpful. Going with 4 out of 5 because the bathroom door was a little tough to close, but everything else was great.

Over Night My wife and I only stayed one night as we were traveling through town. The person upfront was very friendly, very professional. In the room was very clean as well. I would like to say thank you much and will continue to use holiday Inn Express in other cities as I’m working or traveling.

WORST SERVICES WORST SERVICE EVER First we booked a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed. There was no sofa in our room. We went to the lobby to ask about it ans the guy told us that the client before us broke it. Fine I said is there any possibility of upgrading to a suite with three beds or have two rooms because we booked this room to have three beds. He told us we could only get a cot bed for free (twin size bed). He was still very nice with us and came to our room to install it. THEN the 11pm employee started his shift I guess cause I didnt saw him before. He was very arrogant. I was making an important call in the breakfast area and he ordered me to leave. He was speaking to me like I was an idiot. I asked if I could go in the lobby area where there was a couch and he just responded to me with « or you could go in your room » I asked again and he responded the same thing. (The room where i didnt even have a couch to sit). After the third time, he said I could go to the lobby (it was 11:10 pm). At 11:15pm, he told me that he just received a complaint about noice and that I needed to go in my room. I was on the phone speaking quietly with my airpods in. The clients checking in were speaking louder than I was. And im pretty sure that he didnt even receive a complaint cause in the 5 minutes I was there, he was in the pool area. Worst service ever. Never going back and im bot even sure ill be going back in a holiday in ever.

Terrible This location is a joke wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy avoid this location at any chance I'm a OTR truck driver with my truck in the shop and got denied service cause my ID was a local one even tho I don't live in town anymore my family all moved away and the girls working the counter were just straight rude and didn't even want to talk to me I asked for corporates number and got told to leave and refused to give me one
