Not pet friendly at all! Upon arriving we met the security front desk clerk. One way in and out. She's there to make you feel completely uncomfortable. I have a 4.5 lb chichuchua that's 16.5 years old with a heart condition. I was charged $35 each night for him. Next morning I found his service dog card. I took it to the desk to see if they could refund the pet payment. The manager got on the phone with me wanting to know how he was considered a rescue dog and told me he was not. When I stood up to her , you'd her it's a federal offense for what she was saying and I was told to leave. Mind you it's 9 am chichi had to eat to take his heart medication and I'm told to leave. I packed us up, left and drove to 4 different hotels to try and get an early check-in. The Hampton Inn was wonderful and allowed me to check in at 10:15 am so I could feed my fur baby and administer his heart medication. The comfort suits is definitely not pet friendly. The cost alone proves that. I paid one payment for my 3 night stay at Hampton Inn. The worst treatment I've ever experienced traveling and staying in hotels.

It's Alright.... It's alright.... You do get what you pay for! The unexpected dynamic was when I was in the room, and they had a dehumidifier in there due to the high humidity present in the hotel.... I eventually had to cut it off during the night because it would keep turning on automatically about every few minutes. Secondly: They need to replace the door anchors and some of the railings, as they had noticeable rust on them, which made me think twice about putting a towel or wash cloth on them. Thirdly: When using the desk, there was some kind of film on it, so I literally covered the desk top with a towel in order to work on it. It may have been something as harmless as wood cleaner, but that will need to be wiped clean before anyone actually uses a room. Carpet will need to be replaced (as well as many hotels of this caliber), as well as the sofa, as they showed their years of wear and tear. Aside from those issues, the service was top notch, and the breakfast was good! The guy at the front desk was very professional and courteous. The picture of the room itself was after I used it, and was about to leave, so that is not a reflection of the housekeeping at all, as they had it arranged neatly when I came in. Honestly, going forward, unless it is absolutely necessary, I'll have no need to come back again until these issues are resolved.

An excellent place to stay We are fortunate enough to travel a fair amount and this Comfort Inn is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. Most Comfort Inns are clean and comfortable, but this one takes great pride in giving the people who stay there the best possible experience. The rooms were very nice. The wifi was fast. The breakfast was good. We just felt that the management and employees take great pride in helping you in any way possible. The rates were also reasonable.

Nice Hotel, Small Limited Breakfast Area Though The front desk clerk was very good, had all the information someone may need. The room was fine, was able to get it real dark with the blinds. Very nice overall stay except when I went down for breakfast. The breakfast area is very very limited. All the tables were taken and there were people already waiting. There was a crowd around the food, so I couldn't even grab a quick bite to go in my way out. I ended up having breakfast someplace else on the road. Very disappointed about that. Very small and tight parking lot, so don't have a trailer!

Great place to stay Very very nice! Clean, comfortable and good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the biscuits and gravy. Just off I95 with plenty of restaurants around if you are interested. I would stay here again!
