Stay Away! Found a $99 rate online which was too much. Staff was pleasant enough. Hallway carpets were beyond dirty, heavily stained and torn. Elevator wasn't much better. Room was okay... no bugs at least, sheets were dinghy-looking. Breakfast was disappointing, sausage in particular. One ice machine for the entire hotel... broken. Glad we were there for only one night... wouldn't book again.

Don't stay here, go to Comfort Inn Didn't stay- read further- First, there is no quality in Quality Inn when you made a reservation, have the email and show it to them and they can't find the confirmation number. They didn't even offer a comparable room and we had to ask. We were there to see family so this delayed us. Not only that, the lady in front of us was back at the desk telling them someone else was in the room they just gave them. Seems they need to brush up on their customer service skills and learn how to actually hold a reservation! By the way, we went up the hill to Comfort Inn. GREAT place, friendly, extremely clean with a full breakfast.

Choose wisely. This place is simply nasty as far as cleanliness goes. We have a pet and this is why we went there. Brothers smoking weed everywhere, they surrounded the pool when my wife got in to swim, so if this your thing perhaps not a place to go and relax for an evening.

Gross. The desk attendant acted oddly. No eye contact, just keys with no further explanation of breakfast, pool times, wifi, etc. The hotel has been remodeling since previous room pictures shared by other people, just FYI. The beds/sheets seemed clean. The bathroom and sink area were gross. We were so tired and went to bed pretty much immediately, but the next morning was shocking. The back of the toilet was nasty. It's the kind of gross that takes a while to accumulate. The sink is outside of the bathroom and was also dirty from accumulation. I will post pics here.

Beware Quality Inn, Kingsport TN Possibly the worst overnight stay I've ever experienced. _ The duvet was horribly stained, so much so that I took pictures so I could prove I wasn't lying about the nastiness. I was given a clean one and told by the staff that the owner simply won't replace them. As I read other reviews this degree of filth is an ongoing problem. Other problems were: juice machine not working, ice machine on 2nd floor not working, no eggs, no shampoo, very worn carpet in hallway, stains on curtain. Personal overall assumption: it should be illegal to charge to stay here. Sadly, for other Quality Inns, I will not be staying at this or any other of their locations ever. I doubt I will consider any Choice hotels at all.
