When in Kingsport... Friendly front desk people. The beds were comfortable, despite the squeaky bed springs. The air conditioner worked well. The mini-fridge is a decent size. Housekeeping in the room was fair. Breakfast was not as consistently stocked daily as it should be and on any day could be missing one of the cereals, cream cheese, whatever. The furnishings could use updating. Not enough lighting so the room was dim at night. Stayed in a "Superior" room but could not tell any difference from a regular room we've stayed in before. A big complaint was the exterior grounds being unkempt and that's putting it mildly.

Kinda ok... The room was sorta clean. Stains on the sheets and comforters. We didn't need them. The shower curtain was broke and the coat hanger shelf was broke among other things. On Saturday night the kids and I went to bed around 10 pm and the hotel decided to put a few parties goes in the joining room. So the kids got to hear a VERY LOUD female and then the birds and bees acting. The pool was ok, a bit cloudy from a lot of bleach. I will say the breakfast was 100% on point! It was tasty and plentiful. Thank you for the GREAT GRUB!!

Not your typical Red Roof I am not a fan of Red Roof due to past experiences at other locations. This was totally different!!! Although, there were a few cosmetic issue, nithing too horrible. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't try their breakfast but the other reviews I saw speak highly of it. The location is close to everything!! Overall, I would stay again.

Old, dusty, and basic. Checked in at 9p on 2/10/23. Myself, husband and two teenage girls. Check in was smooth, establishment was clearly old. Did a quick once over of the room prior to bringing all of our stuff in. Again, looked old w/ a few updates but was ok. We went straight to bed. The following am when showering, I noticed mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and a pale yellow/brown substance running down the walls. The bathroom door was dirty, the floors baseboards were missing in places, the floors corners were caked w/ dirt and build up. Cobwebs in every corner. The vent cover to the heat unit was missing and there was cat food laying in it. There was something splattered on the ceiling over the head of the beds and nightstand.

Can stay here if you live within 60 miles of this Hotel! I made reservations, drove 6 hours. Let me say I am 64 years old, I work in the State Parks, I am a veteran. I went to check in and was told because I live, my address on my Driver’s License, I can not stay there. If I’d know in advance or if it said this on their website I would have made reservations. The rude lady at the front desk said No Exceptions! This was very unprofessional, I don’t look like a young rack addict, I am a very professional looking person who has been in the hospitality business for 25+ years and drive a beautiful Jeep. This was not the way or how a 64 year old professional should have been treated. FYI, the only reason I was staying here is because my 43’ RV didn’t arrive until the next day and was being delivered! So much for being a rewards member Red Roof Inn_ I do understand why you have concerns but there has to be exceptions and common sense!
