Americas Best Value Inn Kingsville

.... The owner/ maybe worker was very rude!! I came to visit family, and we went in the pool. The man said the pool was closed and we left. Then he said visitors weren't allowed.. so I had to stand outside cold from the water and he couldn't even get me a towel, he told me I could dry off by myself and only gave me 20 minutes to dry off and leave or he'd call the cops. & I also told him I didn't have a ride that I'd have to walk and the man still didn't care. That man was cold hearted. I couldn't believe he could treat a young lady like that. I tried my best to be nice and talk to him and he was just extremely rude to me, and even laughed.

BEST customer service The best customer service I have received in any of my hotel stays. Great rooms, super friendly, amazing atmosphere, super clean!! Very welcoming atmosphere!! I will be staying here for all of my kingsville trips!! 10/10 would recommend!!

very bad as soon as we checked into the room the door was wide open, a bee flew out of the dresser and found 3 other dead bees walls and were scuffed and covered in filth and half the lights don’t work and chairs are ripped up..worse of all there’s a wasp in the window and cobwebs all over the room..toilet makes a weird noise after using it and room does not smell very pleasant mirrors are still dirty and laps and tables are dusty..on one table there is food stuck to it and tell it’s been there for awhile the floor is not cleaned..i do not recommend the stay here and would never come again

Birthday getaway I loved it!! The staff is amazing and very kind and so quick to help if u need anything.. The owner n his wife and children are the sweetest people I have ever met.. thank u I will be back for my daughter's birthday so u can have more cake.. lol.. thank u for a great stay!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in I was here for a week to visit family. Day 1 television did not work had to call the desk. Day 2 i was out with family, it rained very heavy, when i came home i found a wet spot on the carpet and a hole in the ceiling (Room 211). I called the office the night guy told me would advise the manager in the morning. When i awoke in the morning it had rained harder in the night the floor was soaked and the hole bigger. I again called the desk to request a room change. I was given another room. The second room 208, the bathtub was stained black and mold in the corners of the surround. and rust by the neck. There is loose floorboards under the carpet that you can feel move every step on the floor. The handset on the phone did not work. My problem, other than the room change, the managment did nothing to fix the problems. They went as far as renting the room with the hole in the ceiling the day after i moved out. Whn i moved rooms twice the office, night manager, gave a room key to "My" room to another party. The first time a young girl walked in on me coming out of the bathroom. Fortunatley I was dressed. I asked about these security issues and was told it was a computer error and he did not know the room was occupied. If I had not been home they could have made off with any of my belongings they wanted. Unsafe and disgusting hotel. Will never use it again.
