Stay here instead of at a Disney Property! This hotel was great! I only stayed one night, and then moved to a disney property. I will not do that again, as it would have been much better to stay at this property the entire time. The hotel had a very nice staff, it was well kept, with a great staff, and it was much more affordable than Disney. It has a shuttle that brings you to the parks, and has walkable nearby restaurants, if you want to get a bite to eat in the evening. I highly recommend it and will stay there again.

A Bargain with easy Disney access OK, you can read all the reasons that you should stay at a Disney property. I know plenty of people who have done that, and decades ago I did it too. But if you're going to Disney and want to save some money, this is a perfectly acceptable place for a ton less money. The rooms are outside doors, but all under cover, so even when it's raining you can get around without an umbrella. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. The included breakfast is quite good with all the hot and cold options you would expect. You are a 10 to 15 minute drive away from all four Disney parks. But here's a tip I wish I'd thought of sooner. Instead of driving to the park and paying $30 for parking - take a rideshare for under $20 each way (generous tip included). You get dropped off and picked up in designated spots closer to the entrance than even preferred parking. I did this on our final day, and it was particularly great because we went into the Magic Kingdom, used the monorail to move to Epcot and were able to leave from Epcot without ever having to worry about what to do with our car.

The price is right! We had a 3 night trip to Disney planned and waited until the last second to book anything. We saw this one listed as VERY cheap and were instantly suspect but reviews seemed good so thought we’d try it since we wouldn’t be in the room much. It was actually pretty nice. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was quiet (but I will say that our visit was weekdays and only a week or two after kids went back to school so it’s possible in the summer we might have gotten noise from the pool or other noise). Breakfast was included and was a really good variety. Area seemed fairly safe. The room did have a slight musty smell but we bring a portable scentsy that usually takes care of it. Microwave and fridge in the room. They do have shuttles to Disney but they left and picked up at odd times so we didn’t use it. It’s only about a $15 Uber ride though (the same as parking but we knew we would be drinking and didn’t want to worry about driving). Overall I can’t really fault it. It was a decent stay and the price for 3 nights was the same as it would cost 1 night somewhere else. Definitely a good budget stay.

Worst Hotel Ever!!!! This was one of the worst experiences for my team to stay at a hotel. First of all the guy that works evening shift on Wednesday 08/07/24 was super rude to my employee as well as me. I was trying to call the hotel and he kept picking up the phone and hanging it up refusing to answer the phone. Who does that? No one needs to be at the front desk that behaves like this. Then when my employee got there he was rude to him as well. Then when I called to speak to the General Manager in the morning they refused to let me speak with them and asked me why I wanted to speak to the GM. That was Ruta that refused to let me speak with the manager. We won't be coming back to this hotel EVER AGAIN. I hope people read this and keep moving to another hotel because the stay was not worth all the hassle. And just in case you want to find the reservation it was under James Warren Room 229. Didn't bother to apologize but just tried to cover over their unprofessional behavior by placing the blame on my team. PLEASE PICK ANOTHER HOTEL. Then they tried to blame everything on my team to cover up their rude behavior and this was my response: Now you want to lie on our team and try and cover up your staff and their rudeness by trying to blame my team? Now I see why your team behaves the way that they do because you cover for them by placing blame on your customers?? Are you seriously kidding me. We have pictures and proof of the whole episode and it was All RECORDED BY VIDEO SO YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING! I was actually on the phone during the check in so you are busted in your accusations. I am taking this further and since you want to lie about the incident I am reaching out to corporate and will turn the video in to corporate so that they can see that your behavior and comments are unacceptable. Don't worry about my team coming back to this hotel because your behavior as a manager is unacceptable. Instead of just apologizing you want to lie on my staff. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have footage and further more what does that have to do with someone at the front desk picking up the phone and hanging up over 10 times in my face? My staff was not even there when this happened. How do you justify that????????

Not the best but you get what you paid for... After checking in around 4 pm...we found out later that evening that the shower did not work in our room due to a mechanical issue. It was too late for anything to be done, so we asked to switch rooms in the morning. The night shift guard was very kind and gave us another room allowing us to move our things as we were able. This hotel is needing updating, but it appears they are trying. Caulking around the tubs is old and needs fixing. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, just not soft enough. The pool was wonderful and the grand kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was first rate and had hot as well as cold foods available. Staff was very friendly. This is a Quality Inn and I've never found them to be the top rated hotels in the industry, so you get what you pay for. Keep that in mind.
