Super service, super clean, super good hotel! Super service, super clean, super good hotel! From checking in with the front desk to all the little extras - water bottles and warm cookies - free Starbucks coffee - great menu and prices at the bar/restaurant We enjoyed swimming in the pool with our grand-daughter - she had so much fun ! We can't say enough about the great service from all your team members! We will be back soon !

Poorly Maintained Very disappointing in comparison to other DoubleTree properties I’ve visited. To start off, the hotel was unable to issue keys due to a system outage. While it’s understood this was no fault of the hotel itself, having to be walked to your room by a staff member every time you needed access to your room was an annoyance. To add to that, there were multiple times where signs were placed at the front desk stating “we’ll be back in 30 minutes”, leaving guests in the lobby waiting for staff to return to take them to their room. The property itself looks new, but the rooms are quite dirty and not cleaned well at all. The paint was peeling off the walls, there were coffee stains on the doorframe, and the floors were damaged and dirty. This property would not be my first choice in the KW area.

Unhygienic room, disgusting make up on head board - NO REFUND The room was filthy, hair was on the dresser and toilet but the worst was the make up smeared on the headboard. There was a musky oder in the room as well. When I complained to the front desk manager, they refused to refund our stay. We had spent a total five minutes in the room immediately after checking in but they refused to refund due to us booking with a third party online. Avoid this place!

Disgusting rooms, unfriendly staff! We checked into our room and immediately found hairs in the shower and sink. Our bed had ladies mascara smeared on the headboard and the room bad a mildew type smell. We left within 5 minutes of checking in and the front desk manager refused to refund our money. He stated that it was because we booked with a third party, Expedia, as the reason why he is refusing to refund our money. I will be complaining to corporate as well, this place its unacceptable and unhygienic.

Nice 4 night stay for 4 older ladies! The hotel itself is warm and friendly and appears to be well looked after. The beds are super comfy and bathroom is roomy and showers were hot! Highlight is definitely the staff. Amazing, helpful and so friendly especially Janet and Marg in the dining/lounge area.
