Awesome! We Loved the front lobby!!! It was a Great location - we could walk to get dinner and then to get ice cream for dessert. We needed some medicine and could also walk right across the street to get some of that. There was a beautiful sunset that night that we were able to enjoy because we were out walking around.

Current management has let this place get run down... sad This place "used to be" a nice place to stay. But I believe a change in management has occurred. They have let this place get run down. Not well maintained both inside and out. Hallway to room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days, Tile areas filthy...

This Best Western is Located in Klamath Falls The hotel is located on a busy corner on the outskirts of town. The room was clean and the AC was a welcome relief from the heat outside. We got restaurant recommendations which were all within walking distance and the place I went to was very good. You can see that they are trying to be welcoming and unique with their array of animal head trophies on the wall and the free milk and cookies at 8:00 pm. I found breakfast to be very ordinary and although there was oranges and apples, there was only a small amount of berries and the cereals were not particularly healthy options. The staff was friendly and I appreciated that. It felt that there was some deferred maintenance going on as the upstairs ice machine was out of order (and no sign to that effect) and neither the pool nor hot tub was operating. Its not a bad option while traveling through though.

Comfortable and friendly Good: The room was comfortable; the breakfast was ample and tasty; the location was convenient; the people were friendly and gave us good restaurant recommendations; there was even a free EV charger, which was very handy. There were also cookies in the evening, which was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were closed, though. I'd come back.
