Positive Experience Nice room. Excellent water pressure in the shower! The room was clean, though we did find an earring under the bed. The breakfast was good. The staff were very polite. There were enough towels for all four of us in the room and the bedding for the sofa bed was also already in the room--both of which seem unusual these days at most hotels. We were only there for one night but would stay again if in the area.

Exceptional Value Under normal conditions this hotel would be too expensive for an expense report. But since services, like the hot breakfast buffet had to be cut back due to Covid-19 restrictions, this hotel adjusted the nightly charge. So I got a studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen for a week. Loved the staff. Very professional as well as generous. Within walking distance to Walmart and restaurants.

Knoxville stay I choose where I stay with being able to prepare meals. It is a little more challenging in the Home2 vs Homewood Suites. It would be much more beneficial to have more cookware and utensils. It is already more challenging having to check out a cook top when you arrive. It could use an exterminator as well. My coworker saw a roach in her room. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

2 night getaway We checked in on Thanksgiving afternoon. The housekeeping staff did not clean all the rooms so the room we reserved (at slightly higher price) was not available. We had a leak in the garbage disposal but the situation was addressed. The property is nice and offers a good breakfast with many options. Many shopping and restaurant options are very close.

Not our best stay Looks nice from the outside with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Area seemed safe. That’s where the good part ended. The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Stains on the walls. Shower had hair and dirt in it so didn’t use it. Also smelled like someone had been smoking previously. Manager offered to clean the room and replaced light bulbs but just all felt unclean. We had a second room too that smelled awful. We had rented two rooms. We’re not offered a replacement room as they said hotel was full. The couch smelled awful. Again. Everything just didn’t seem clean. Fine for a quick overnight but if staying in the area again will look for an alternate location
