Older hotel, staff accommodating, Bed was comfortable. Hard to find hotel, but once there easy to get to restaurants along the road. Hotel needs upgrading, staff friendly, parking easy , business center was not very user friendly, needed to reboot the system and took a long time to get it back up. I just left.

You can smell the mild Smells like mold really bad. Manager berated us instead of helping. Stayed over a month and Manager said it's not how much money she made, it's how much she lost. The mold smell is bad so it has to be airborne. Breakfast was alright. Computer is slow

Not one of our better stays. Large but due for updating. Reception staff is excellent. Room and linens are clean. On the other hand, in room refrigerator foot is missing and it leans into room when I open the door. Both electric plugs on night stand light do not work. Back entrence does not include a ramp for handicapped. Our in room microwave was dirty.

Nice Comfort Inn to Stay At Very clean, updated Comfort Inn. It was in a good location for us. Close to several restaurants and shopping. It is not in downtown. The outdoor seating are was nice. The indoor area had a bar with enough seating around.

Decent hotel in Western Knoxville Located next to the highway which seems to accommodate for lorry drivers convenience. Nice decent clean hotel with very large rooms. A bit dated but in good working order. Hot breakfast served. You do need a car because it is not near any restaurants
