Outstanding 'home away from home' I stayed here for 2 1/2 months while waiting to move into my house. I didn't relish the idea of staying this long in a hotel, but I couldn't have been more pleased. The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I had everything I needed, kitchenette, comfortable bed and easy chair, and a desk/workstation. And lots of storage for a small room. The entire staff were excellent--low key but always attentive and helpful with any needs. Housekeeping was wonderful and the maintenance man very gracious. Nice, small workout facility and pool. Shopping, restaurants, drugstore, grocery store very close. And the longer you stay, the more reasonable the rate! It was noisier when summer hit because families were on vacation.

Substandard Quality for a Marriott Property To call this tiny room a "suite" is a joke. Smaller than most standard hotel rooms I've been in. Hotel is old, depressing, furniture in my room is stained and worn out, no extra pillows or quilts available, cleaning service every 7 days, bag breakfast is less than marginal. I had to unload the dishwasher myself upon check in. No sidewalks to walk a pet in this busy, road noise area. Cutting my stay short here. Totally dissatisfied with the quality of this Marriott property.

Compact, a bit noisy The room had everything needed for an extended stay, but in a very tight space. Ours was just an overnight stay and it was fine. The hot and cold indicators on the tub faucet were backwards. It was easy to hear noise from other hotel occupants as they came and went, and because you can hear all of them, it’s pretty much constant noise. So if you’re a light sleeper, that might be a problem.

Good choice for an overnight stay. While the TownePlace Suites is designed as an extended stay facility, it was very reasonably priced for an overnight stay, with a full kitchen and laundry facilities on site. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Bedding and linens were up to Marriott standards. Apparently this particular Marriott had been extensively remodeled in the past couple of years. One problem was nighttime road noise, which was mildly irritating.

Welcoming staff Having not traveled since the start of COVID, I will say this hotel helped allay some of my concerns. Appreciated that front desk staff wore masks and there was plexiglass partition. I forget his name, but the front desk person was very helpful with dinner suggestions and track down some decaffeinated tea for me. It's in a nice part of town with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Room was in good working order. Also appreciated the muffin and banana in a to-go bag since regular breakfast couldn't be offered. My only negative would be some of the noise due to the proximity to the freeway; nothing a pair of earplugs didn't solve. All in all, a good stay.
