Wonderful stay This was a very nice stay! GPS gave us a challenge finding it, though. We arrived really early but the room was ready and we were allowed to check in. GREATLY appreciated since we drove through the night and really needed a nap. The pillows were the best ever! The staff was extremely friendly and kind.

Nice hotel! We went and stayed here for 6 nights and it was overall a good experience. The kids loved the splash pad and pool area. The guy that checked us in was great. He was very helpful and friendly! The room overall was pretty clean. The only thing they could improve on is we had a small porch and there were some dead lady bugs around the broken door seal. We also found a few carpet beetles around the room. Overall, it was a nice stay and very close to a lot of things to do.

A different type of Choice Hotel. I was thinking this would be like the Choice Hotels by Comfort - close but not really. Here are a few observations: 1. Breakfast bar not as nice - bacon undercooked, Eggs placed in Aluminum foil which got into the eggs, plus they ran extremely low before refilling and bread kind of stale. Poorly arranged set-up. Tables unlevel. 2. No Gold member parking. I am a choice member and am used to the opportunity to park in a gold member (& up) parking spot. Otherwise, nice parking lot. 3. Do not like being near the elevator - this was the first time I was placed so close to the elevator (right across from it). This experience taught me how loud another guest can be while waiting for the elevator. Things I loved: 1. Desk clerks were great! Wished I had taken names as they are truly great - all of them. They made me feel as if they wanted to take care of my family and me. 2. Extremely nice pool area. 3. The location of "other" exits. 4. The overall exterior appearance of the hotel. Very welcoming and clean. The overall experience for this was very good and they deserve to be checked out.

Family visit Hotel was nice and clean with well appointed guest rooms. Stayed in the area to visit family and had a great stay overall. Close to nearby attractions without being in the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only complaint was thin walls.

Really Enjoyed My Stay! I was in town for business and I must say, this is the best hotel I have stayed in. The service is excellent, the rooms are outstanding and the breakfast was the best I have had. The hotel is also close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so there's alot of sight seeing and things to do for fun close by. It's by far my favorite!
