Average place to stay for price Overall it was a good experience. There were some cleanliness issues I had that others may not have. Chair was stained, one pillow was stained, a random piece of toilet paper stuck to the wall in the bathroom, and hair on a towel. We just didn't use the towel, chair, and pillow. Bed was clean and comfortable. Slept well. Everything worked. Soft water which we aren't used to. So I didn't care for that, but that's not an actual problem.

Great stay in Kokomo Indiana at the best Western. Great breakfast and cleanliness. The entire hotel was nice and clean, staff was great, and the pool was clean. The free breakfast was excellent and had a very wide choice of items. Fresh fruit, juices, coffee, cereal, eggs, sausage, self made waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, donuts, pastries,and then some. The only downside was the water pressure was extremely low in the shower.

No frills..but Clean Stayed one night, then stayed on our return trip due to the snow. Both times the rooms were clean. Second night the TV didn't work. When reported no one came to fix it. Told the morning clerk about it, Nicole. She was nice and told us to report it to online reservations. It wasn't bad for an overnight stay, pricing was good. Edit: Also, we were just discounted for the TV not working.

Do Not Stay!!! Absolutely terrible please. In the first morning I turned on the water in the shower - after 15 minutes of waiting, the water was no higher than 40 degrees. After work I complained to the front desk and the worker said it was ok since a lot of people go to shower at the same time. At 4:30 AM? Only 10 cars in front of the hotel? The next day after work, the water did not get warmer. The same guy is on the front desk and he advised me to check out of the hotel right now and move to another one! After my request to contact the owner, the owner ordered me to be moved to another room. We checked 3 rooms. In the first two, in general, there is no water at all. Only in the third the water was OK. Bottom line: the service is absolutely unacceptable, the workers are arrogant and rude. Breakfast is cheap and poor quality. The Hotel is also called Best Western, but the credit card says Quality Inn - which created an additional problem for the expanse report. DO NOT STAY in Kokomo Best Western.
