Great Great stay will come again perfect brekafast was excellent value for money frequent traveller will keep visiting again

Stayed here to be close to a planned event We stayed in room 206. The air conditioning leaks on the floor wasn't aware until the morning when clothes were wet and suit case. The bathroom was dirty looking so most likely won't stay here again. Also wasn't greeted as a diamond member not a big deal but unusual. They don't take vehicle information

Great place to stay The staff is very polite and helpful. We've stayed at several different hotels in the last year, same area and this by far was the best stay.

OK Stayed here for 5 days visiting our grand children. The staff were nice and the morning person that did the breakfast was very nice. The food was typical and good. They had a yogurt machine which was nice. I did have to ask twice for room service and on the 4th day someone called the room phone pretending to be the front desk and asked my wife for our credit card number because there system lost the info. My sharpe bride said "I will just come down to the desk" Sure enough it was a scam and the front desk had not called. Later when we retruned to our room there was a note under our door warning about the scam. I assumed they had put those throughout the hotel.

Better than some of the other choices in area This area is in serious need of well run, staffed, upgraded lodging. I frequent the area several times a year. The hotels in the area are usually booked on weekends. Many hotels have long term residents that will make you cringe, so I usually pay the ridiculous money Hilton or Marriott wants. Those hotels are still short staffed and customer service isn’t good. I thought I would give Best Western a try, it was close to the hospital to visit my relative. I hadn’t stayed here since it opened yrs ago. Room could have been cleaner, sheets and towels are not bright white and a little worn. Who ever painted the ceilings, should be fired. Paint splatter left on the vinyl and tile floors. The bed skirts were stained with something that could have been paint splatter, but no way I was investigating that close. The pillows are in need of replacing. I went to target and bought a cheap pillow to use. The toilet bowl is stained as well as tub & sink. The vinyl flooring at the room entry is buckled up and should be glued down. The breakfast is like most places, waffle maker, toast, bagels, cereal and the weird rubbery eggs & sausage. Coffee was pretty good. The first morning there was someone attending to the room & cleaned tables that emptied. Second morning I came down, no one was there. Every table was left sticky or full of crumbs and drink stains. I took my breakfast back to my room. The exercise room doesn’t have much besides the usual treadmill, recumbent bike & elliptical. The hand weights stand only had 3 five pound weights, and 2 twenty pound weights. On the plus side, the front desk people are very nice, the hall we were on, was pretty quiet and I didn’t hear anything from the room above, the parking is good too.
