Pleasantly surprised! Best bang for your buck! I was impressed w/ my stay at this hotel. The staff has all been excellent, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping, and the breakfast attendant. We arrived early and after a long day of travelling and no sleep the night before, we stopped to see if they can maybe check us in early - and was appreciative that it was ready and we were able to go to our room. The room was exactly as pictured. I was worried about the parking but we were always able to find parking (even coming back at almost midnight). I had problems w/ printing at their business center computer and the receptionist was very attentive to what I needed urgently that morning. The breakfast was great, they had both hot food and the basic pastries and cereal. The attendant was able to keep it stocked the whole time while interacting with all the guests. When we came home that night, we were surprised to see that they had cleaned the room already (other hotels at this price point would only turnover every 3 days of your stay). There are lots of places to eat around the area. It was about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do while in town. What else should I say? a hidden gem? a rare find? -find out for yourself.

Problematic Staff I've stayed here many times for work. I like this hotel but they've just lost my business. On my last stay, March 19, 2024, the staff was unable to check me in due to a problem with their system. They gave me a room, I slept comfortably, and attempted to get a receipt the following morning. Apparently I wasn't the only person unable to check in, as a couple checking in that morning kept being given keys to occupied rooms. I saw it happen twice, at 7:00 AM, this couple walked in to two separate occupied rooms, I am sure to the horror of the occupants. I had to get to work and was unable to get a receipt. Now I cannot get reimbursed for my stay, which is officially listed as a no-show. I have attempted to contact the hotel via email to get a receipt for my stay but they have not responded. It's a shame, I like this hotel, but cannot stay there again because of this. Not only am I unable to get reimbursed for my per diem, I also have to explain to my client why the hotel I chose claims that I wasn't even in town.

A True Gem This hotel hands down was the most welcoming hotel I have ever been too!!! The General Manager, Maria was in the lobby and introduced herself from the get go with the hugest smile! Breakfast was unexpected with all the usual things you’d expect but what I didn’t expect was Chorizo and Eggs one day and Huevos Rancheros another!!!! Just wow! The hotel was clean and quiet! The thing that sticks out the most is the amazing smiles from the GM down to every single person that worked there! Good job Maria! I’ll be back!

Okay hotel, but needs some repairs Hotel was ok. The people who worked there were really nice and helpful, but we had some issues getting in our room. The first room had a portable AC unit instead of central air. We moved to a second room which had a broken dead bolt lock on the door. The third room, which we stayed in, had a TV that didn't respond to the remote. The beds were comfortable, but the darkness of the rooms and the condition of the some of the walls and doorwells left us feeling a little uncomfortable. The furnishings in the room were kinda odd. We have stayed in a lot nicer Comfort Inns, that are in much better shape. At a minimum, they should lighten up this hotel. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs were tasteless. Would we stay here again? Maybe, if all the other hotels in the area were super expensive.

Disappointed I usually stay at a Comfort or Quality Inn due to the fact that the Suites are normally more expensive. But I had business that was close to this one so I gave it a try. The room (other than the partial divider) was pretty much the same as the other places. When I entered the room I tried to turn on the TV. I played around with the remote for a few minutes and then I went out to the front desk and asked for help. I went out to my car to get more things while she went to my room. When I came back in I asked her if she was able to get it going and she said yes so I enjoyed TV for the rest of the evening and turned it off when I went to bed. The next AM I tried to turn it on again and I had the same problem. No picture. I went out to the front desk and asked a different lady if she could help me. She came to my room and had it going in no time. I asked her what she did. She explained that you have to change the input to 7, not 6 that it defaults to. Wow, why don't they tell anyone that they give that room to about it. Housekeeping was good and the breakfast was the same as at the other places. Nothing special here so I'll go back to staying at a Comfort or Quality Inn.
