Wonderful experience We had a wonderful time during our stay at Casa De Campo. The facilities, grounds and service have been great. So was the experience at every restaurant. Our housekeeper, Anyi Rosario, was amazing. She always provided exceptional service. My wife and I had a wonderful time and looking forward to coming back with our children

Beautiful, comfortable, unforgettable a wonderful experience from beginning to end. the grounds are beautiful, incredible infrastructure but the highlight is definitely the staff - the friendliest, most professional and attentive people. A special mention goes to Roberto, Robinson and Johan who noticed it was our friend’s birthday while we were at the pool and prepared a surprise celebration with a pastry and candles and singing, and took a polaroid photo of us as a keepsake. It was such a kind gesture. The small things really make a difference. Another special mention goes to Leonardo at Lago. He took care of our breakfast each morning, remembered our coffee orders and made sure our cups were always full. Attentive, anticipating our needs before we even knew them but a discrete presence. He is wonderful. Last but not least, the room service! impeccable cleaning and organization. they took note of our water consumption and restocked accordingly, they even organized our shoes and had them lined up by the door, and coming back after a long day to a fully turned down room where our only worry was to go to bed was a level of care that made all the difference. Such a wonderful experience, we were truly impressed by everyone and everything, and are so glad we got to enjoy the beautiful Casa de Campo.
