AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Keep the cheerleaders, baseball, basketball, soccer kids segregated into a level or levels away from regular traveling patrons. Our room was 639 and at the end of the hallway, close to stairs. On Friday, the room next to us was full of kids. Someone took a shower with music up very loud, there were all kinds of bumps on the walls, giggling and laughing loudly until about 1 am. The next morning there was silly string ALL over the floor outside our room & theirs too. Thankfully they were gone!! There were 3 housekeeping folks plus a manager in that room (which was TRASHED) until after 6:30p yesterday. Last night, we were in our room around 10:40 pm and there was a very loud bang directly on our door. We happened to be sitting in the front room. My husband darted up and opened the door to see two kids, probably 8-10 years old, running away. Each blamed the other for knocking when he called them out for doing it. Then there was the run in up and down the hallway, crashing into the stairwell door to open it and then thundering footsteps on the stairs as they played tag. We went to do laundry in the guest laundry and I was getting ready to add our whites to the washer and realized that there was a larger piece of paper in the machine. I pulled it out and all kinds of colors came off on my fingers - it was a wet photograph. I was afraid that the colors would transfer to our whites. At the same time, my husband put $1 into the soap machine, but nothing came out. He tried again and paid another $1 and still nothing. A good bed doesn’t make up for all of that! I highly doubt we'll stay here again.

No house keeping, broken elevators, dirty. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Management should be ashamed. House keeping non-existent at this hotel. They did not make up our room. When asked, they explained they only make up rooms if you stay more than 7 days. Had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. When asked to speak to the manager, we were told they would call us back. They never did. Elevators were broken and soaking wet to the point where my wife slipped getting into one. We were celebrating a birthday in the lobby and the staff seemed very concerned we brought in outside cake. This place has their priorities mixed up. They need to concentrate on cleaning their hotel and making it a positive experience for their guests. Upon checkout, I complained about the lack of service and hospitality. They shrugged their shoulders and offered me 2000 rewards points. I asked them to credit me the portion of my stay associated either the resort fee. I received a blank deer-in-headlights stare. Moving forward I will stick to Marriott properties.

Alan Acosta superior customer service. Amazing front desk experience! Alan Acosta working the front desk was INCREDIBLY helpful and allowed me and my fellow US Navy aircrew to stay here when rooms were tight. He was informative, hospitable, and professional. I will never forget Alan Acosta and his superior customer service.

Best bartender shari Me and the company I work for rent plenty of rooms and also rent a meeting place to meet with the private contractors which work with us the bartender was very helpful. Every time I come in we get taken care of right, her name is Shari. I wish I went to other bars and had people as good as that person working there who actually care about the people do their orders, right

Wonderful Experience! I had been flying all day and got to the hotel a few hours early. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile by Mechell. She was so accommodating and thorough explaining all the amenities of my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I definitely would come back if I had to visit here again. Thank you, Mechell for setting a great start to my visit!
