A magical wonderful Thanksgiving. I believe I have already reviewed this resort. They were wonderful, best staff ever, big units, wonderful pool, great location. Laconia people were so nice, tons of things to do, although we went during cold winter weather.

Resort is amazing but noise issue The floor in our unit is creaking and very loud when the room above us walking or running. Unfortunately, room above us have small kid and teenagers who doesn’t like to sleep at night. So we hear walking bang loud noise all night ( the noise is very loud and woke up my 4 years old at 4 am in the morning and she cannot go back to sleep)
We have to leave after 2 nights because of no sleeping even though we booked the stay for 7 nights

Very nice place We have stayed in this area many times, but this was the first time at The Summit Resort and hopefully not the last. We were very impressed by the service we received, even when we had a couple of problems. We had an issue with our TV, and within minutes,s someone was there, on a Sunday night. We had an issue with our dishwasher, and again, within minutes, someone was there to fix it.
I needed a handicapped unit, and we were able to get that. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we might need.
We didn't use any of the resort's facilities, so I can't comment on them, but the area where the resort is is centrally located in the Lakes region of New Hamspire, and there is always something to do.
I would definitely recommend this resort to friends.

Summit Resort Laconia NH Summit Resort was a great location. The rooms were very clean. Many amenities to chose from. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great experience, would go there again.

New Hampshire trip Not only was this a great location as home base, it is very convenient to lots of great things tp see and fabulous food.
