Don’t Stay Here!! Disgusting and Outdated!! Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. Doubletree, in most places, is a reputable and reliable place to stay, but this one is more aligned with a motel. They lied about the ability to checkin early despite my husband being a gold member, paying an extra fee, the hotel not being at capacity. Then, at about 3p after speaking with a manager they magically had a room that was cleaned. Checkout is at 11a. So even if at capacity which there were about 50 cars in the parking lot, they want me to believe that from 11a-3p there was not one room cleaned. The room they gave was still disgusting. Despite working over 30 hours, I decided to drive to BR for a reliable night’s sleep in lieu of staying in this hotel.

Bed bugs I stayed for a business trip on 6/26. Initially I was excited to be upgraded to an executive room because of my status and the room appeared to be clean, with the air conditioning working well on a hot day. My first disappointment came, when I tried to access the executive lounge and was told it had been closed since 2020. The Manager on shift was very nice and accommodating and offered a voucher for an appetizer in lieu of the lounge experience. That night, the hotel was quiet and I slept well. I woke up around 6 am the next morning, got out of bed and turned on the lamp next to the bed. There was a small black bug on my pillow that I had obviously been sleeping with all night. When the bug saw the light, it immediately crawled under the pillow. I took a picture and video of the bug, so I could have it identified, and it was identified as an adult bed bug. I made the front desk personnel aware of the issue and she acted as if it was no big deal. I later called and left the manager a voicemail, letting him know that the hotel had bed bugs - to which he responded with an email stating that they didn’t find any bugs, but would exterminate the room regardless. I do hope that this hotel takes every measure to completely eliminate the bed bugs from their rooms … and I hope in the future, they show a little more concern and compassion when someone comes to them with this issue. To break it down, I had to drive 4 hours with potential bed bugs and eggs in my luggage - exposing my car to these bugs, I then had to bag everything I brought and try to quickly get everything into my washer, while praying that one did not jump off of my stuff and into my house in the process and I’m still hoping and praying that the protocol I followed to try to prevent them from getting into my house, actually worked. I stay at the Hilton because they are supposed to be a nice, clean, safe hotel … but this experience has me questioning my loyalty to them and I’m not sure I’ll want to stay at another Hilton brand.

Dissaponted We stayed a Friday and Saturday night. The hotel is dated. The T.V. never worked, the outlets were loose and our plugs wouldn’t stay in so phone didn’t charge. The beds are not queen size, more like full size. The cold water faucet broke in the bathroom sink, luckily it wasn’t till the morning we were leaving. There is no small refrigerator in the room either. Saturday they brought no new wash clothes and I was already in the shower when I noticed that. The breakfast is $14 but no one was in sight to take the order Saturday morning so we didn’t eat there, the other option was a small buffet not worth $14. The plus was that the hotel was clean. Overall won’t be back.

WiFi dead WiFi doesn’t work anywhere in the hotel and hotel is very outdated. Rooms are ok but feel very old. Don’t come if you are here for business as it takes almost 5 minutes to load a website. Forget video calls that isn’t happening. Road next to the hotel is very dangerous. Staff is nice but the hotel needs a lot of work.
