Great Hotel Experience Immaculate and inviting! After a lengthy journey and a challenging year, I was in need of relaxation. The customer service was exceptional, with a keen understanding of my needs, and they made some accommodations for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning next time I am in lake Charles

Amazing experience Another Amazing stay at this wonderful Hotel. We stayed from 06/28 to 07/01 and I can only say amazing things about this Hotel. The newly renovated rooms are beautifully redone and beyond gorgeous, the staff made to feel like you are Family and the room is our home. The Front desk staff are great very accommodating. They did a perfect job making sure we were taken care of. The entire Hotel staff are all very nice and friendly and greet you with a warm smile everyday. Even the maintenance staff were very helpful to us and we saw them working in the lobby. I recommend this Hotel to anyone who comes to Lake Charles, especially if you're coming to Downtown. The rooms are super clean and Fresh, and it's right across the Lake. So thank you to all the staff who made our stay such a success_ we will be back.

We'll come back again. The location is excellent, right across from the water and the view from our window is lovely. The guys took two walks and found a lovely family of ducks chasing after Mama. The park there has different activities and is really ideal for kids and/or fishing enthusiasts. The location is also very close to event areas for continue and festivals. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was typical for a hotel with the waffle being the"best one I ever tasted!". We chose this hotel specifically because there was an indoor pool specified. When we arrived, there is remodeling going on in the pool is closed and there's construction supplies in the eating area beside the lobby as well as outside. This place is definitely due up for remodeling so I can't fault them for that. The hallway smells musty and the elevator reeks of people exhaling smoke out after tossing a cigarette outside. That's the bad, which isn't a deal breaker, especially since these should be remedied soon. My family asked last night when we can come again and if it can be this summer! Walmart market is 8 minutes away, casinos 10-15 minutes, Golden Coral (cleaner, better quality, nicer staff, better clientele than in Houston) is 15-20 min, Putt-putt is 15-20 min with a very busy bowling alley next to it, my kid's scooter got lots of use. Price was 140$ for a Friday night in June, 2023.

Quality stay from hell I’m from Texas and let me start by saying this was a Horrible stay. Not only did the room have roaches but I have two emotional support services dogs and one is a husky who is vocal at times. The staff complained to the front desk that they were scared of dogs. There were no other guests on our floor so when I tried to extend my stay the lady at the front desk denied me saying “ guest are scared to come out of their rooms and we’re scared of your dogs”. All they did was bark. The lady was antagonizing one of my dogs and when my dog started to bark at her she played victim. My card was then charged $100 each for both dogs because she DECIDED they weren’t service animals even though I have proof.
