Just so so. The room had no headboard which looked cheap. NO luggage rack, no dresser and a tiny closet. The bathroom was super nice but small. No water in room. A small refrigerator sitting under tv which looked cheap. Food was average at best.

Terrible Experience We booked a two-night stay for Thanksgiving. When a winter storm warning for 8-10 inches of snow was posted, we decided to play it safe and cut our time short, calling at 9 am the second day. Despite the upcoming dangerous conditions, the Lodge insisted on charging us for that night. I understand policy, but come on! A winter storm warning for hazardous conditions and near-impossible travel, and they still insisted on being paid for an empty room? (If you read any negative reviews, you will now see the part where someone says, "gee, sorry, try us again," but offers no resolution.)

Overpriced, disguised old holiday inn We arrived and our first concern was the hotel name was hanging on a big tarp with rope. The old holiday inn sign was black. Our room was cold so my wife turned on the room heat. Immediately the room filled with a nasty burning smell. I hoped it wasn’t a mouse. The front desk said maintenance assured us this was ok and happens when heaters are first used after the summer. They gave us a new room, in the basement, off the pool. We basically had to walk back and forth from the wet pool during our stay. We decide to try the outside pool. We sat by the pool but no one waited on us. I walk up to the bar and two employees are chatting all by themselves. I order a drink and there are bees flying all over the drinks. The bartender tells me it’s bee season and she was stung 11 times last week. The swarming bees followed us to the pool, we gave up. We went back to the room to watch tv. The tv is like cable from 1985 with no menu. We have to scroll through 200 mostly crappy channels. I go down to the cafe because there was no room service. There was one girl with 20 golfers waiting in line. Ugh! The worst part was paying $359 for a $120 room when there is no wedding. They call it “dynamic pricing.” Aka Price Gouging. Not a nice place for $120. If you like clean bathrooms, think twice.

Not a Lake View So our “Lake View” that I paid extra for was a bunch of trees…. The remodel looks so cheap. If you’re going to spend the money go somewhere else

Poor experience We have been staying here as family event with 4 rooms for 3 years in a row and this year was a terrible experience and we won’t be back! I would not book when they are catering to a corporate event as they basically probably charged us more than there corporate event rate and closed the whole outdoor area and bar for the evening to the guests for the evening so we.had to hang out in the rooms! Then they kept the corporate events music running later than the posted times! Not a lot of amenities and value for the money when they prioritize and cater to the large corporate event!!! So ask before booking if they have an event and will be closing the outdoor areas!!
