What a value! We had seen the Heat Hotel while boating a few years ago but assumed that with their prime location just steps from the London Bridge, it would be quite expensive. That wasn't the case! We arrived Thursday afternoon to a warm welcome and a special surprise in our room that made our anniversary celebration even more special! The staff recommended a great restaurant for dinner. We spent a couple days on the Lake, with our boat resting in a slip just outside our room...quite convenient. We will definitely be back again next year.

IF YOU LIKE BUGS IN YOUR BED THIS IS YOUR PLACE - DISGUSTING AND INFESTED! WORST HOTEL YET - DO I HAVE TO SAY MUCH MORE?! ROOMS WERE INFESTED WITH BUGS - BUT THAT IS THE BEST PART! NOISE LEVELS SO HIGH "THE HOTEL OFFERS YOU EAR PLUGS WITH A LAUGH AND A SMILE - F THAT!!! THE "OTHER HOTEL" TOLD US WE WOULD REGRET IT - THEY MADE US EAT THEIR WORDS! THE HEAT HOTEL IS A RAT TRAP! WE DISPUTED OUR CHARGES AND WON. THE CREDIT CARD DISPUTE WTHOUT THE MANAGEMENT DISPUTING A SINGLE ONE OF OUR CLAIMS!

Old rooms Couldn't sleep the first night it was hot because AC went out we were forced to waste time to move rooms the next morning after we were unpacked and settled in, the couch was stained looked gross like you didn't want to sit on it. While visiting my friends in thier room we were simply sitting down like normal people discussing what to do and I fell back because the leg from the couch fell off.

The perfect view ! It was such enjoyable place to stay with the family, it was our first time here and we loved it. Were definitely coming back !

Amazing view of the bridge!! And staff was so beyond helpful. I really enjoyed my stay for Fourth of July weekend at the Heat hotel because I had an inferno suite and it looks over the lake and the bridge.( one of the best views in havasu) I also was really delighted to be helped by the manager, Joey. Very kind and made this whole trip very accommodating. Will definitely be visiting again.
