Good value option. Decent, good value hotel we stayed for a few days. Had to change the first room as it overlooked some guys house, non stop barking dogs. Good rooms, fully fitted. 10 minutes walk to London Bridge for food and drink, etc. Chair and Kokomo were pretty good and well priced. Quality Inn bar across the street. There's a Walgreens, Papa Johns, Jack in the Box (ugh!) Starbucks, gas station, auto parts, decent laundry etc. all close by. Jetskis for hire on the water, way cheaper than Laughlin. Pool is small, beside car park, but pretty quiet. Free parking, no resort fees and ice machines - yay! Worth a look if you're in the area for a few days.

$100 Cleaning Fee? Beware!! We were charged a $100 cleaning fee unfairly. We washed our dishes, bagged our trash. We have never had this issue at another hotel. That cleaning fee is higher than the room rate! Ridiculous.

SHADY HOTEL SHADY BUSINESS. Find somewhere else to stay. A family member booked a reservation with my credit card without my authorization. I explained this to the general manager, who says her name is Sara. Also, my family has COVID, so I couldn't, or should I say, shouldn't, make the trip. She refused to cancel and refund the charge and basically told me to bring my sick family and stay there for two nights. What place of business wants someone who has a positive COVID test to patronize their business? This is very shady. It is a holiday weekend, and you know that the room will be rented out. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY IN!!

Excellent value for money Stayed for one night in room 119. Very spacious with a small kitchen. King bed was comfortable. I didn’t need the TV but it was very small. AC unit is very loud, so had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast is simple but there’s enough to start your day.

reservations unreliable Hospitality is a foreign concept here. Start with the problem: someone chose to do a software update in the evening; the hapless clerk was unable to check in guests with confirmed reservations. There was some problem with the update and no completion time could be determined. We arrived after 2300, and there were two other guests still waiting to check in after 2 hours' wait. Now, a first-rate place would have simply apologized for the inconvenience and put guests into rooms, expecting to be able to charge and sort things out at check-out. I requested that the clerk do this, as the cancellation window was already past and our credit cards would be charged even if we didn't stay. The clerk called his supervisor, Sara Wintrode, who (1) told him to do nothing, and (2) refused to talk to me. The clerk then got scared by our taking exception to this awful treatment, and told us that we had to find other accommodations. The only decent thing that this place did was to pay the difference in hotel rates when we had to find another hotel at 2345, and it took nearly a month for the check to arrive!
