Travelodge by Wyndham Lake Havasu

Awesome stay! Awesome service! As always this place is AMAZING! It’s my second time to stay at this hotel. The front desk check in was amazing and JEANNIE was super nice and absolutely hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTISE! She knew that since we are checking in really late that we probably was so hungry. She went out of her way to make me and my husband root beer floats and White Castle burgers, I have never seen such service in ANY hotel I have stayed at. She definitely is an asset for this Company. We stayed at rm 116 and like always it was so comfortable! Definitely highly recommended and a must stay!

Comfortable Clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Looks like the property has been recently refreshed. Nice breakfast, lots of choices. Quiet location. Easy to navigate the website to make a reservation. Comfortable beds. Soft towels.

Comfort Great service, great air conditioning, great water pressure, great coffee. Pricing was absolutely affordable, accessible to all facilities. Would certainly make sure all my family and friends will know how this Travel lodge was 5 stars

Basic and friendly Close to the lake, this hotel is a good base for a day at the lake and outdoor activities and sports. very friendly staff, very fast check in and check out, very big dining room and spacious bedroom at a good price. good solution for any wallet!!

Horrible experience Since the moment we checked in we had issues that should have been my red flag to stay somewhere else. My reward night was not going through and was told the Manager would fix it. The manager was offsite and did not fix it and no one else was able to help. We were given room 207 originally and as soon as we turned in the AC it sounded like a blender was going off! We tried to let it run for a bit which woke up my 3 year old before asking for a different room there was no way anyone could honestly sleep with that noise. The hotel said they were unaware of any issues with the ac but they’d still give us another room. The new room we stayed in was fine. I asked for late check out which is typically automatic with my tier status but still wanted to make sure it was not an issue and was told there was no problem 11 am comes around and the front desk staff member tries multiple times to open the door even after my husband told her to “give us a second”, I was fully naked due to changing as well as my toddler and with her various attempts to come in he locked the door. When we were finally decent he opened the door as she was still trying to get in and was told immediately that he should not lock the door when she is wanting to come in. He ignored her remark and told her we had late check out and said “I was not told about it” and stormed off. When I went downstairs to discuss the issue I asked if it was her who went to the room and if there was a manager I could speak to she said no she’s offsite. I proceeded to explain that her attitude was very inappropriate and her barging into a room in which we had asked to stay in and paid to stay in until 12 was occupied and unless it was an emergency she should not have tried to force herself into the room as I was naked and my toddler was too as we had just showered. She said well I didn’t know you were naked and I didn’t get told you would be here late. She remained very confrontational and acted as if what she did was okay and how we were wrong for reinforcing a lock and then blamed her coworker for not letting her know this morning that we would be checking out late. I asked for a call from a manager asap! This was one of the most horrific experiences I have ever had with any hotel! And have yet to get a call back. If you want to have personal space and feel comfortable this is definitely not the place to go!
