Customer Service & Comfy Beds Kenny (with the long hair) was great with customer service and follow through. We were disappointed we were unable to connect to the internet. The beds and pillows more than made up for that. They do not give free water to IHG platinum guests which I found slightly strange, but Kenny did offer it to me anyway - I was parched. We were upgraded due to our status and that's nice when it happens. We had the Executive Suite and it was extremely spacious. Breakfast is decent with a couple type of sausage options, pancakes, and egg & cheese omelets plus some sugary cereals & good yogurt. The nearest Starbucks is like 20m away, driving.

Pleasantly Surprised! Pleasantly surprised! Went up for a night to visit some friends who had an AirB&B on the late, but not enough spacw for us to stay there comfortably. Room was spacious, updated and clean. The bed was quite comfortable and the sheets were very soft! I also really appreciate when hotels have separate sheets form the comforter since I tend to get hot when sleeping. I even used the fitness center and it was nice and bright when enough dumbbells for a quick workout.

Worse place ever Charged me for two nights and would not let me check in. Stay away these people are scammers. Definitely would not stay here if I was paid to stay here. How can you charge someone for not staying there wth

There when we needed them! We visited during our annual evacuation vacation. They suspended their pet policy and allowed us to bring our pup to stay with us. The room was room was clean, modern and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great Lake Placid hotel Very nice hotel. Recently updated, looks brand new. Very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff lots of parking and convenient location. Front desk had great restaurant suggestions. Would stay here again.
