Pleasant family-run motel and restaurant We were in the area for a 50th birthday party and booked a weekend stay at this two-dozen room property. I was driving up from the NYC area and fully expected to be rousting the night auditor at 3am, but to my surprise there was one employee cleaning the entryway and another staffing the desk. Check-in went smoothly and we were given a room on the first floor (good thing, too, because given luggage for a family of 4, this property has no elevator.) The double bed room and beds were clean and “proportioned for a hotel built in the 1960s”, although the chairs were a bit tired. The bathroom came as a shock, as it was relatively large (as compared to my friend’s bathroom at the Quality Inn in Geneseo), and updated relatively recently. There was no tub, it having been replaced by a tub-sized “shower pad” area and curtain (that kept wanting to blow in.) The showerhead was a little bit low and the floor a bit slick, so be careful. Water was hot, plentiful, and powerful enough. The A.C. worked well, as did the in-room WiFi. The flat screen TV was a bit finicky and could have used instructions (press the TV button at the top of the Spectrum remote, then SOURCE to switch to HDMI 2 to watch cable.) We were given $-off vouchers for the attached Leisures restaurant, where we ate breakfast twice (and I will review that separately). Check out was easy, and we got a very prompt call-back because we had left something in the room. Fortunately, we had only made it as far as the restaurant. Overall, the hotel was well-staffed and everyone seemed to be giving it a family effort. Accessibility notes: the front door entrance is a bit sloped up and there is a 1” lip into the lobby. There are no automatic doors, nor elevator. We did not stay in an accessible room.

Very nice owners, and cheap, but very "tired" motel Very nice owners, but this motel is very "tired" and badly in need of being refreshed. That said, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. More of a "working mans" kind of place. Although given a discount for breakfast, I did not take advantage of it so can't speak to the quality of the food.

Good luck finding it There are no signs on this hotel we rode around in circles figuring out where it was. Finally called and was told it’s attached to leisure’s restaurant. Checked in to find no elevator since I have a handicap a huge problem for me. The rooms are dated but clean.

Comfortable and clean and budget-friendly Stayed here for one night… Booked it because it was reasonably close to Letchworth State Park without breaking the bank… wasn’t quite sure how it would be, but it was pleasantly comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Our room had two double beds and each had four pillows. There was a nice mini fridge that kept our drinks very cold. There was also a coffee maker, a microwave, and a small flatscreen TV. Plenty of room to move around and put stuff…good AC! We ate breakfast in the attached restaurant for which they gave us each a 3 dollar coupon to use… Two hearty breakfasts only ended up costing us $15 and the food was tasty. I would definitely recommend if you’re in that area and I would book here again.

Shudder Front desk had a mountain of dirty sheets in the tiny space, we got to the room, bathroom was dirty. Overworked housekeeping slathered bleach all over b r, smell was toxic. Just about the worst place we ever stayed. This form doesn’t let me put correct date....
