Great spot to relax This place is great. This room (207) has a large for plan. There's a large TV, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, mini fridge, and microwave in this room. You can easily use your streaming device if you don't want to watch the cable. It's so quiet, and peaceful. It's right on the main road. The staff was so friendly and the manager was very accommodating. Please excuse the mess in the pictures we were resting from our long trip.

Old mattresses The mattresses in my room on the second floor were horrible. They need replacing. Felt like I was lying on springs. Neither bed was comfortable, so switching beds wasn't an option. Other than that, the room was ok. Also, there is no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Only the first and third floors have ice machines.

Stay away Booked a room through my employers website. When I tried checking in I was sold that I would have to pay a higher fee because I had a child with me. I showed proof that I was traveling for work but it didn’t matter she proceeded to argue with me. She then tried to tell me to me there was no way possible I could get that rate because it was strictly weekdays only. However, it is a Friday that I was checking in. I asked for a manager and I was told I wouldn’t be able to speak with one. Then later told me she was the manager. I asked for the general managers to contact me and she refused. I asked for proof that I wasn’t getting charged since and she proceeded to write some nonsense on a piece of a paper like an iou. Completely unprofessional and is advertising prices and then at checkout in trying to up charge you. Having stayed here in the past I’m not missing anything but an outdated room with a uneatable breakfast. But as I said I was staying her for work I didn’t have much choice. I had to find another room at a different hotel last minute.

Convenient and Clean The room was comfortable and clean. Location was convenient to the city. There was an armchair and ottoman. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was carpeted, which I don't prefer in a hotel room. Breakfast was ok, which seems the norm these days with virus restrictions.

Colorado bend weekend trip The stay in Quality Inn was awesome. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, good hot breakfast and a peaceful environment. Laundry room too for guests, which is very convenient. Would definitely stay here the next time we visit the area.
