Perfect accommodations Stayed here for a week on a work assignment. The hotel was not very large but definitely had ample space. The room had a king size bed, fridge (around 3x2 feet), microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a desk with plenty of work space. Dove brand hygiene products are supplied in the bathrooms. And of course, an iron, ironing board, and blow dryer come with the room. More outlets than you'll ever need and lamps. The hotel had a pool, exercise room, and laundry available. The machines were only $1.50 A piece. Not bad. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods and drinks. Free bottles of water, Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and the USA Today newspapers we're readily available in the hotel lobby every day and night. They do allow pets as well. Hotel staff was easily accessible and very accommodating. It's located near everything. All the food and shopping that you would ever desire.

5 Day Stay We just returned after spending 5 nights at this hotel. Although this is an older HIE it appears that updates are in the works right now. Our room the first night was not ideal for our family due to a broken desk chair and ineffective AC unit. Hopefully that is part of the renovation. We appreciated greatly that Miranda and the manager were able to upgrade us to a Queen suite with a new AC unit and more room. It made all the difference for our stay. Breakfast was good and I used the fitness room daily. We appreciated the 2nd floor laundry room. Only feedback was the the trash was not emptied in the 2nd floor vending room for several days (trash stacked up near the can) and the fitness room was not restocked with towels. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful Hotel outside of Columbus Stayed here on a trip to the area to visit historic places. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and they had dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, etc. Room had coffee maker where you can use K cups. Hotel pool was warm and spacious. Breakfast offered hot and cold items including pancakes, muffins, cereal, bagesl eggs/ omelets, bacon ,sausage . My brother liked the cinnamon rolls. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She asked when we checked out if we were satisfied and what they could improve on. Would be nice to have adult swim time for the pool. Pool was open long hours. Many stores and restaurants are located close to the hotel. There is a big boy restaurant within walking distance. Would gladly stay here again if in the area. Well done!!

Staff was amazing Had a hard time with my TV and the staff was absolutely amazing. Because of the incredible staff I will be back again and stay at this great establishment. Taryn was amazing Best customer service I’ve had in years. Felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton when I had a problem with my TV and she made stuff happen. Couldn’t of been nicer and more accommodating I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody that wants great customer service on the night shift. Thank you so much for your hospitality and making me feel like I’m at home

Ohio Travel Check in was easy as the front desk lady called her manager to clarify my discount. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The only negative was the AC unit ran all the time...there was no auto setting. The hot breakfast was good.
