Amazing, improved!! It’s definitely improved. I travel here a lot and always stay at this place. Last I was here was December, 23. Things weren’t so great. When I came this time!! Definitely great. Rooms cleaner it smelled good, sheets were fresh. Bathroom looked very presentable. It looked like someone actually cleaned it. I’m not sure if the cleaning staff changed but there’s been a HUGE Improvement I will definitely keep coming back. Also love the text message before throughout and after. Front desk staff were nice too. It’s been a very much more enjoyable stay this time. So great job and great improvement. I would definitely recommend.

Great stay We enjoyed our stay and loved having the jetted tub right in the room. The ac works great and we had one of the best nights sleep in the comfy bed!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Stay in a Walmart parking lot instead!! HELL HOLE, DISGUSTING, FILTHY, SHOULD BE TORN DOWN, GET NEW MNGMT. They ignore calls from customers, Expedia reps and their own corporate resolution team. Childish! Own your sh*t! I wouldn’t let my dogs stay here! Spiders, broken TV’s, blow dryers that don’t work, my room was left open by housekeeping for approximately four hours. I was traveling alone and came back to it being propped open by the Deadpool arm. I had cash, jewelry, and I was traveling alone. God knows who could’ve entered my room… I left a review on another platform and the GM contacted me to let me know that he would refund me, and for a month now, I have been chasing that refund between the hotel and Expedia. The only thing that needed to be done was for them to either answer an email that Expedia sent, answer phone calls from their corporate, or answer a phone call from Expedia and evidently that’s too difficult because Expedia still has not been able to catch up with an employee at a hotel, whose doors are open 24 seven.
