Excellent Stay Hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable. Would stay here again. Great customer service and the pool and the bistro are open ____ The only downfall when coming off the highway are the confusing streets and where to turn into the hotel. Designer couldve set this up differently. Shopping is within walking distance

Not clean Not clean..the Manager was rude and unprofessional..There were hairs in the bed and the tub wouldn't drain.I got there around 4a.m.I called down with the issues and was told to speak with Manager in around 7am.The asst. Manager was very respectful and said she would address the issues and my concerns..I waited for a call but didn't get one.So I called a couple days later and the Manager was just plain rude..told me I should've left the room.I told her I'm calling Corporate on this matter..rude rude rude..I will never go back..

Not suggested if on business!!!! The rooms are fine but I dealt with pot smoke the entire time! I’ve now made 3 attempts to atleast ask if they could move outside while smoking to no avail. The entire stairwell, hallway, and my room smells to the point it’s on my clothes. I don’t care about smoking nor do I care about whether it’s legal here or not. The simple fact is atleast go outside so as to not affect those of us working and trying to make a living. To be told that we tried and couldn’t locate is ridiculous and I suggest if you smoke cigs or pot you should be good to not obtain any extra charges as they don’t give 2 sh**’s. Your welcome! Party on brah

Nice room could use TV wall mounted Had a hot tub room, very small only large enough for one person. Wouldn’t recommend for couples. Didn’t sleep well for whatever reasons, could hear some people as outdoor fire area/seating was near room. Sink near microwave didn’t hold water well, would have been nice having TV wall mounted to view while in bed better.

best breakfast This hotel has the best, most kind and friendly workers. It was very friendly service. From the moment we stepped in to the hotel, it was a very pleasant, clean, delightful environment, even decorated beautifully for Christmas with Christmas trees and beautiful decorations. All of the staff from front desk workers to breakfast buffet workers to decorators, to housekeeping all had smiles on their faces and cared about giving us top notch service. Karen, a breakfast buffet worker was so friendly and kind and appreciative of my gratitude to her. She treated my family with much patience and love. We appreciate greatly the excellent service and commitment. Thank you.
