Poor Customer Service/Ants in room The checkout clerk was unfriendly. There were ants in the room around the sink and stove top area. The refrigerator was dirty upon arrival. Not what I expected as a Hilton Diamond Member for the price paid. Someone needs to really reevaluate the staff.

Inconvenienced by remodeling The hotel was under renovations which I was not made aware of during the booking process. When I stay in a hotel I expect comfort and I was far from it. Walking down hallways with wallpaper hanging off walls and fixtures not attached to the walls and smells of chemicals. The noise from the workers in the halls in the morning and my children and I having to squeeze by the contractors in halls working was not what I had in mind when staying in a Hilton hotel. I would equate this to staying in a hotel in a 3rd world country. At breakfast we had to find a table with chairs that weren’t damaged to sit at. This isn’t quality service, do better! I could have stayed across town at a Tru hotel like I have in the past but I decided at this location since it was closer to who I was in town visiting. I will never again stay at this location. I am highly disappointed in the quality of service and my stay.

Hotel old and dirty. 1 star review is deserved for this hotel. Travel a lot on business and would never stay at this hotel again. All furnishings are old and not clean. Shower is miserable- low flow shower head with no pressure. Had several bugs in that I noticed(which means there is more I didn't see). Breakfast- all yogurt 10 days out of date & lousy coffee. Bottom line- just a place you don't feel comfortable staying.

Service and Stay My stay started with very nice weather and than the nice location exactly by the mall. Enter the Hotel and you will feel so welcomed from the front desk staffs. The will give 100% information and then for relaxation clean rooms. On top of it. Out door pool.

Roaches Si one thing is the outrageous rates, outdated rooms (felt in the 80’s) bath tub was dirty, but ROACHES?????!!!! What the hell!!!! I definitely will be looking for other options in the future. We do allot of business here and expected better facilities Stay here at your own risk
