Outstanding hotel for the price The hotel was quiet and clean. Shower had great water pressure and spray. Blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in. TV remote batteries were weak and they replaced them immediately. Good breakfast and easy parking. We will use this hotel again the next time we visit.

Laredo stay for a day. This hotel looks like it is well maintained. Conveniently located next to some restaurants and gas stations. When asking for replacement towels, they had a great attitude and replaced them easily. The pool is a standard pool nothing too fancy but good enough to suit our needs and it met the needs on my kids that took a dip in it. I did not see one strange character nearby like I do at many other hotels. The breakfast they offer in the morning is a standard breakfast, which is all right with us nothing too fancy again. My family and I appreciate the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff.

Excellent Experience We stayed here because my husband had a job in Laredo. Just an excellent experience start to finish. Very friendly and helpful staff, LARGE rooms (we stayed in a suite), pet-friendly, great breakfast bar, happy hour snacks & drinks, 2 fantastic restaurants within walking distance (El Capataz and Palenque Grill) and very quiet. The staff keep the hotel very clean. I was able to work remotely from the hotel room with no problems. We stayed in an Airbnb the week before and our week at the hotel was actually cheaper. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pleasant stay Friendly staff with excellent customer service. The cleanliness of the hotel is great. Breakfast and happy hour were great for socializing with my coworkers ☺️
