I was cheated Comfort Suites University Las Cruces I was cheated 940147851 I was cheated out of my money and denied a room that I had already paid for in advance to Comfort Suites University Hotel Las Cruces, NM. Warning: Don’t give this hotel any money in advance. The desk clerk took my credit card and license and, seeing I was from out of state, paused to think. What happened next is disturbing. She started ranting that I looked like someone who would cause damage. She kept calling me old and told me to get out. When I asked for proof of a refund, she picked up the phone and called the police. I said good, I’ll wait for them. She hung up and got quiet. She said I should arrange for a refund through Expedia and that she would approve it. That was a “Big” lie. Then she told Expedia more lies: that I had refused to leave a deposit—even though the clerk was holding my credit card. I began to understand that this could be a scam. I was in a strange city, it was late at night, and I had everything to lose. Comfort Suites University Hotel Las Cruces, NM, had my $400 to gain for doing nothing. This hotel has no compassion or ethics. They should be banned from all reservation sites. Please report all problems with this hotel. Don’t let them get away with this. Great stay Great place. Friendly people and clean environment. The freshly made cookies are such a plus! Gives you coziness. I would definitely stay again. _ pool was open and elevator worked. Breakfast was a typical breakfast included in your stay.

Great stay and wonderful staff! The Front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful.  The kids really enjoyed having the fresh baked cookies each day.  It was very comforting and added a touch of being home.  The breakfast person asked how I slept and was very prompt in refilling any of the breakfast items missing.  House keeping did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and tidy.  We really enjoyed our stay in Las Cruces.  Thank you for having such great caring staff members!!!!!! I would recommend staying here. We plan on coming back to New Mexico and staying here again!

Perfect for us. This is an awesome place for families traveling with kids. We stayed here on Sunday 6/04/23. Our experience was so good we modified our return trip so we could stay here again. It was that awesome. Selina is responsible for us wanting to return. While all the staff here are excellent, Selena went over and above to make sure we were happy. The hotel itself is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the grounds are spotless. The breakfast has the usual offerings for a hot breakfast. Always stocked, always fresh. The pool is open until 11 if your kids want to swim. We are so impressed with this hotel, we plan on staying here every time we are in town.
