Gave me someone else’s room key After driving for ten hours, we entered our room only to find a family was already in it. Unbelievable. I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else, but we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep.

Issues during Stay Encountered bites on back, buttocks and leg while in bed, "yellow" stains on sheets. Room was otherwise clean and orderly, shower was clean, AC worked fine, front desk attendant was polite

Rm 155 The heating unit in room 155 was so loud and wouldn’t shut off even after I turned it off, so I had to unplug the heater so we could sleep at night. Also the main entrance to the check-in desk was so filthy dirty that I mentioned it to the desk person about it and showed them that the door handles are white but have black scum on them from not being cleaned on a regular basis. This actually shocked me.
