Good Stay, please keep the free parking and no Resort fees in place... Decent location about 2 miles off the main strip. They practiced Covid procedures very well and the staff was very, very helpful and friendly. Hotel at the moment has free parking and no resort fees. We took Lyft everywhere and felt very safe. Little suggestion though if you exit the hotel do not walk to the left as this a very unsafe area especially for tourists. All in all, we liked the hotel, room was big enough for us two and also liked the shower and the soap/shampoo dispenser type which alleviates the little plastic bottle waste. Will be back if the free parking and no resort fee stay as is.

Worst stay ever The accommodations were horrible. No clean towels. When you get clean towels, they won't collect dirty ones. They don't clean rooms, change towels or empty garbage but every 3 days. They used COVID-19 as the excuse, yet they are not on a cleaning routine. The garbage cans are overflowing in the lobby area. The fitness facility had overflowing garbage, no towels nor water in the water filter. The staff had to be told after the 3rd day that they needed to clean it. I thought it would be decent because of the brand. The hotel was terrible. I would never stay their again.

Sheraton Brand---Your employees deserve better I stayed here on my last night in Vegas due to how close it was to the airport and the price. Seeing it was under the Sheraton brand, there was a certain expectation of what I would get. The best of this stay were the employees: they were friendly, dedicated, and my goodness so helpful. The manager, I believe, was training as well as attending to guests needs--very nice. I had a technical issue with the phone in my room and the technician arrived immediately. Though we could not fix it, he was kind to pull out his personal phone and let me make the local call that way--it was above and beyond. Unfortunately, I believe some guests were taking their frustrations out on the staff which was not respectful and my heart went out to them because they were doing the best with what they had. Sheraton, if you are reading this, please pop in, do some quick renos and provide the support to those wonderful employees. The elements where I think guests were frustrated follow. The first thing I noticed was a green card (see pic) listing prices one would be charged for missing items--never seen this at a Sheraton property before though I was told that with the new management, this would be removed. The mattress was of a lower quality and I felt the springs in my back which caused me a night of broken sleep; the AC unit did not have an option of white noise so it kept cutting in and out disrupting the sleep further (oh, and despite the wall unit supposedly controlling the settings, it did not work so I had to control the setting on the unit itself); the room chair needed to be replaced; a lamp did not work but it was a blessing because it looked like someone threw up on it so if it worked, that would have been an unpleasant shadow to see; there were no bath towels but I had three hand towels which I made do with as I was only there for overnight; and on the day of departure the hot water never got to above slightly luke-warm. The pool area had a couple of loungers that saw better days. Overall, with the nice employees, if a little work was done on this hotel, it would be a perfect starting and end point for a vacation in Vegas. Due to Covid, the on-site restaurant was closed so one other factor to consider is that one would need a car to really get to food establishments close by. I did not rent one but still managed to walk to an area East for a lunch (about 20 mins) then caught the bus back. All my best to the employees and hopefully the hotel will get those few little changes to make it a great place to stay!

Courteous service, but extremely poor accommodations... We booked the hotel based on the reasonable pricing and close proximity to the campus of UNLV, where our son was going to be participating in a football camp. Arrived in the lobby, which was jarringly empty - almost making me question if the hotel was even open for business. Upon checking in, was told by the desk clerk that room we had reserved was not available, but that a wheelchair accessible room with the same amount of beds was available, so we went ahead and agreed to that room (did we really have a choice?). We got our room keys, and upon pulling into the parking structure, parking, and walking towards the elevator, we noticed that the trash cans near the elevator were overflowing with garbage, which appeared to not have been taken out in days. When we got to our room, we realized there was no mini-fridge, which was very odd, as we had never stayed at a hotel that didn't have one in it. Called the front desk to ask if one could be brought up to our room, and was told "I"m sorry, all of the refrigerators have been claimed by other guests." (hunh??) We asked for another set of towels, but was told they didn't have any available at the time because the laundry was in the process of being done. We were told that as soon as laundry was done, they would send up the towels - we never received them. As for sleep, we barely got any, due to the extremely loud air conditioning unit, which was located within inches of our bed. Additionally, our room was at the end of the hallway, directly across from stairwell exit door, so every time someone would go out the door, it slammed shut, which sounded like a big "BOOM". I would think the door would have a soft close mechanism on it, so that it won't disturb the guests on that end of the hallway, as it did us. I made the mistake of forgetting my toothbrush at home, and asked the front desk clerk if they had one. He searched the supplies drawers, and couldn't find one. (wow!) The comforters on the bed were very thin, and mattresses were on the firm side....some may like this, but it just made getting to sleep even more difficult. Lastly, upon checking out, and walking to our car, the same trash can that was overflowing when we arrived, was untouched, meaning, no one had bothered to empty it in over 24 hours. I've never left such a poor review for a hotel, and almost didn't write this one. But, I felt it was necessary, in order to give the hotel management/ownership an opportunity to make changes that I believe will improve the hotel, and make it a more desireable location to stay for future guests. Please take this review to heart.

Reviews arm]horrible, my experience was worse. Checked in around 11PM. Room on 3rd floor. Hallway was hot as an oven. Room was a disaster. 1- NO towels. Night clerk had to scrounge from other rooms to supply. 2-Covid clean was a joke, maid should be fired for ineptitude. Dirty unwrapped tumbler nested with clean tumblers, dust and particles on phone, stains on desk, bed looked like a quickie was held on it, rug was stained worse than any I have ever seen and that includes Truck Stop accommodations 2- Customer computers didn't work properly as even the desk clerk couldn't retrieve my boarding pass on it - had to use check-in desk computer to do so. THERE IS NO EXCUSE for the above comments. Location was okay for an overnight stay as they have limited control over the locations environment, but there was no security to help control and provide security. My review with Marriott was so bad they haven't posted it on their web site - so Beware.
