No longer a hotel! A weekly stay facility now! I wrote them inquiring about making reservations, and I received a response stating they no longer take reservations. The response went on to explain they are now a weekly-stay facility - Walk up, First Come, First serve. And that is the end of that!

Unprofessional front desk / Fire Alarm / no water Very unprofessional staff at front desk. Bad location. Fire alarm goes off hours at a time. Bad location. The security treats you better than the front desk. I think they might of just hired these people at the front desk straight out of high school with no communication skills. They will spy on you and will try to worry about your business like who does that other then people that have nothing going for themselves. This place has a long way to go. The room i was in was updated but the water turns off every week and fire alarm keeps ringing for hours. But the fire alarm is way more pleasant then attitude of the front desk

DON'T BOTHER VERY UNHELPFUL. WASTES YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I had a reservation for may of 2023 and booked it back at the beginning of November. The hotel is “under construction” as of 2 MONTHS AGO. They didn’t notify me. They didn’t cancel me. They did nothing until February. Now it is impossible to get something with lower rates as everything is $250 plus for my dates. The least they could have done is notified me two months ago when they knew this was happening. It took them 2 months to contact me or cancel? That’s ridiculous. They didn’t try to compensate me or rectify the situation is any way. All they said is “good luck”. I will never stay at this resort going forward, and I will make sure nobody I know ever stays here. Completely inconsiderate. Zero stars if I could.

Never Go There!! Room does not look like the room you see through Booking.com. On Monday was out all day, got back at 4, room not touched. Ran down a maid to get towels, which she did not have, but went and got from laundry. Coffee maker did not work; mentioned it to the desk AFTER the manager was telling the desk clerk some unrelated story (customer isn't important, I guess). Told the desk clerk two more times over the next few days that the coffee maker didn't work, and finally gave up. Checking in was somewhat difficult; gal could not fine the reservation under the name until I gave her the confirmation number several times since the name did not work. Noisy, breakfast room way to small for the hotel, overly crowded. Will never even consider staying there, and not sure I will use Booking.com again.
