Great hotel! I had a very pleasant stay at the Excalibur. The renovated rooms are well-appointed, clean, and quite spacious. All of the hotel's amenities are excellent, including a variety of fine restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. I will certainly be returning to the Excalibur.

Avoid this place! Awful customer service. As a Titanium Elite Bonvoy Member, I got a welcome email from the hotel before my stay confirming my Elite benefits. However, when I attempted to access those benefits the front desk Elite Check-in agent told me "This is an MGM property and no Marriott benefits work here". Then when I told her that I had received an email about using my benefits for this stay, she just said I should have done that before check-in. I asked for escalation, and she went away then came back and said no again. I had replied to the check-in email also (as it said I could do) to opt for the food/beverage benefit, but I got no reply to the email. So I did not get the benefit that I had been promised, and even the 1 hour late check-out I asked the check-in agent for was not honored. I love the Camelot theming and had been looking forward to this stay for months but her attitude just ruined it. We spent our time and money across the street at NYNY. Once we got to the guest room, the paint were peeling in multiple places, the light fixtures in the bathroom were covered in rust, the air conditioner was missing the grill and the cover for the controls, and the room smelled musty for the entire stay. The whole place seems to lack basic maintenance and the attitude sure doesn't help either. I think we would have had a better stay virtually anywhere else.

Not as advertised. Not at all what I expected or what was advertised. Paid extra for things that didn’t exist and then at check in, hotel tried to upgrade me to what i already paid extra for. Never received maid service in 5 days.

Beware Marriott Members Beware Marriott members. At check in the hotel denied any benefits as a Marriott member, claiming I had made the reservation through Excalibur. This was not the case and was recognized later that I had made the reservation through Marriott. Then the hotel claimed I was not a Platinum Elite member and thus, should not receive the benefits. After this was corrected the hotel only offered points or a $20 credits per day starting the day after arrival. The option of breakfast or parking was denied. This hotel did not feel like a Marriott hotel.
