Check-in /Booking Mistake Lost $111. We booked and paid for TWO rooms, but they only had ONE for us at check-in. Despite having the receipts to prove I paid for two rooms ($222) they refused to refund the amount for the second room. I will NEVER go back there.

Excalibur September 2025 Decent accommodations - rates were reasonable although the rooms were a bit dated. Tram connected to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay which was convenient.

Terrible, embarrassing, sad, pathetic. This whole place is terrible. We paid for a fully renovated room and it was clearly not. Walls had holes that were patched. Ceiling had water stains all over. Bathroom floor was dirty. Stains in the carpet. I had went to talk to the staff about it. They shrugged me off and said they cannot do anything because it was booked as a package. Staff was also very rude and disrespectful. Many times me or my girlfriend would ask a question and the staff member would give a sarcastic answer like we were already supposed to know the answer. I could give 5 names of employees that were rude but I will not do that. We asked 3 different staff members throughout our trip where something was and they just pointed and said “somewhere down there you’ll find it”. Checkout process was 1 hour and 35 minutes because the staff was very slow. Asked to speak to managers and they said they don’t come to speak unless there is a real concern. They don’t let you talk to the hotel concierge directly because they have a woman standing in front of the line that blocks you and try’s to handle it herself. She won’t even let you get in line. Paid 33.00 a person for buffet that is only open for brunch because they don’t do enough business. Half of the buffet is shutdown and the other half has food that is semi cold and old. No taste whatsoever. When we dined it was roughly 1 pm and there was only 14 other people in the entire buffet. Goes to show you how bad it actually is. Only good thing is the tram that takes you to Luxor and Mandalay Bay which is where we spent most of our time. Please do not spend your money, use your MGM reward points or any other rewards to stay here . It a complete waste and disappointing, embarrassing, pathetic aren’t even good enough words to describe it.

Clean and comfortable. This was our first time in Las Vegas. The Excalibur was a clean and comfortable room. Nothing special. It would have been good to have a bit more information about getting into the car park, it was huge with many lifts and that was the first place we got lost. How to get into the hotel was the next challenge but we got there eventually.
