From having a fun atmosphere in the facility itself with accessible amenities and games to being able to reach any show or anywhere on the strip without it being a massive trip it makes it easy to be the center of your day to day planning.

Bad customer service. booked 2 rooms for arrival 1/1/26 and check out 1/4/26. When I got there on 1/1/26 I was told I only book 1 room for 1/1/26 and the second room for 1/2/26. I told the manager on duty and didn't help me and even treat me to cancel the 1st reservation. My parents had to sleep on the floor for that night and wait until Friday 1/2/26 to get there room.

Give it a chance This is a really nice property that has been renovated. I have stayed here many years ago and was not impressed. But now I’ll keep this as one of my go to properties.

There’s reasons why it cheaper Terrible smelling rooms, and the casino floor is the smokiest I’ve experienced. Random things seemed runner down like crooked signs.

Great Location and Staff! I have stayed at the Excalibur when it was new and one of the popular themed hotels in the city. It has been 7 years since I have been to Las Vegas and after reading reviews, I was apprehensive about booking here, mainly due to reviews pointing out how old and dated the property was. But, the room prices were so high on the weekend we were there (we found out there was a NFL game at the stadium!) so Excalibur was an economical choice. Yes-the the property is older but after staying here, I found I loved the feel of the “old” Las Vegas! For starters, the location cannot be beat. Close to the airport and lots to see and do in the immediate area. We had no problem parking our rental car in the hotel parking lot. Our flight was delayed but we were able to find something to eat at one of the hotel food vendors late at night. We did book in the Royal Tower ( which later I read the Resort Tower is better because it has been renovated) but we found the room to be clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We did have a problem with our non-smoking room smelling like cigarettes but after speaking to the Front Desk the next morning, Emy went beyond the call to help us move us to another room. She was wonderful!! We spoke to another front desk person the night we checked in about the smell (it was immediately noticeable when we entered) and although she was pleasant, she did not solve the problem so we had to stay in the stinky room for a night. Emy solved our problem and made our stay on the property enjoyable -much kudos to her and the Excalibur management to listening to my concerns! For the value of the room price and great customer service, we would definitely consider staying here again. P.S. and the Kings of Throne is still an entertaining show!
